My wife and I went to this store to switch over to the Firstnet service and within entering, we were immediately taken care of. The associate who was helping us was extremely professional, polite and helpful. The manager of the store even came to check on us periodically while we were waiting to have everything transferred from our old phones to the new ones we bought. Overall great experience.

Chris 0/10 lol. Thankfully, I was able to go to Best Buy where there was competent employees who were able to provide me a new phone and a new case and worked with me to get everything fixed. Maybe he should call them for some tips. Telling a customer their phone not working because of a carrier network issue but is my fault somehow is absolutely the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. They’re like it’s a carrier network issue there’s nothing we can do even though you pay $300 a month for this service we can’t fix it you’ll just have to be able to use it when you can. JOKE. Telling me to take my business to Verizon or T-Mobile is great managerial advice. Also, would not help my father with services because he didn’t “like my attitude” anymore. That is absolutely unprofessional. I saw other reviews customers got the same response and I’m sure it was from the same lady. They should also hire more people because I watched 4 people walk out in the span of probably 30 minutes because they were never helped and there’s only two employees there who are outwardly yelling, and making a scene. Maybe you’re not obligated to help me like you said but it’s not like you did anything helpful anyways. I’m glad I took your advice and went else where.

I feel not welcome 2x I visit this week and the lady doesn't want to talk. I thought she is busy with a customer and the next day I found that person working there too.There are new there and they have an attitude. I don't want to come back there again

Ms Barnes who assisted me this morning was beyond amazing! She spent 2 hours patiently helping me with the issue I had. She even managed to multitask and help another client while on line with customer service sorting out my problem. We need more reps like her, you have a gem in your store whenever she is there!!!

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I went this location regarding my billing. I was wholly annoyed because the monthly pricing I discussed with the sales rep prior to switching service was incorrect after 2 billing cycles. I walked in and asked to speak to the manager. I expressed to him (Lafayette) what has been happening, how many times I have contacted customer service regarding incorrect pricing in addition to how rude the team at this location had been during a previous visit. Instead of actually figuring out what was going on with my bill Lafayette began cutting my services and removing features to lower my bill. Which I did not ask him to do. I wanted to know why my bill has never been the prices discussed. After his recommendations I asked, how much will it take off 2-3 dollars? He then refused to answer my questions, refused to assist me, threatened to call the police on me, and would not give me his supervisor’s contact. I then had to spend more time on the phone with customer service, and drive to another location for real assistance. It’s funny how att has no way to lodge a formal complaint online, so the BBB it is. Steer clear of this location because Lafayette didn’t pass the customer service part of training.
