Brenda was very helpful and contributed to an extremely pleasant purchasing experience! I think I’ll be limiting myself to Badcock furniture from here on in the future if every shopping experience is as nice as this one has been!

Bree was unbelievably unprofessional. My mom had paid thousands for furniture and delivery. I requested a 30-40 min heads up so I could be there and leave work as my mom is out of town. They told me 9-7 time frame. Never got the call. I can’t just take off work whenever because of a delivery. Friday afternoon said they tried to deliver- well I got NO FKN CALL. Called Monday to confirm and get a 30-40 heads up, unbelievably rude again. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND business through this company, delivery or not. Give anyone else your money.

We bought a sofa here 10 months ago and John was very helpful and knew the floor well. He was patient and answered all our questions. The couch was delivered and checked over by the guys. They were nice and efficient. We did the payment plan and paid easily at the store each month. We try to shop on week days and avoid the weekends when Lexington shopping is busier. We went back today looking at recliners and another sofa. John was getting ready to close for a holiday weekend but let us look around and answered our questions again patiently which was much appreciated. We've had a good experience in the Lexington store.

NEVER AGAIN!! I should’ve known better the first time when the guy told me at 8 months pregnant to bring a chair that was broken and covered under the furniture protection to not use them again. But I wanted a new bedroom set and decided to try it again! This company is terrible with the amount of run around I’ve received TODAY! Officially done and will not refer anyone here again!

No help was in the store. Don’t know where they were but there wasn’t anyone in sight for more than 30 minutes. I wanted to buy a bedroom set and saw one I loved but nobody there to help me order. Avoid this business at all costs. They just lost my sale.

John Fowler went above and beyond to help me and my wife two days in a row with our purchases.He is an excellent store manager and very nice and knowledgeable about the products at the Badcock store in Lexington ,SC.I would highly recommend people to checkout the Badcock In Lexington, SC and to meet John.Thanks for the nice experience.Steve and Kitty Lucas

I purchased 1 coffee table and 2 end tables for my new home!! The sales person told me these tables wouldn’t arrive for 2 months due to COVID. I understood and still decided to purchase the 3 tables cash. Fast forward… 2 months later… got the tables home to find one of the end tables were damaged. I immediately called John to inform him of this. He instructed me to send pictures and he would order a replacement end table with no apology offered. The kicker is it will take another 2 months for my replacement end table to arrive. This was my first and very last purchase from this company.

John at the front desk really was no help at all, snobby rude had no means to help the situation at hand. Literally made up excuses on why he couldn’t do my application again since online was useless. And oh by the way don't apply online cause they definitely wont call back or follow up. Then they will say it was denied because they need further information that they didn’t reach out to let you know of on any basis.Maybe someone else will have a different experience and hopefully not John at the front desk.

We ordered a sectional from this store & were told it would be delivered in three weeks. After threatening to cancel the order, part of the sectional was delivered. Then we were told the other part would be delivered on a specific date. It did not arrive and I did not receive a phone call. When I called the store to ask when it would be delivered, the person told me it was on back order and it would not come in until October. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and the lies we have been told. I will never do business with this company again.

The processing on line was painless and easy not complicated at all and it’s very short.
