Bought a tv sound bar and a sub roofer first - they put all the information under another person so when we was going have it delivered it was not in the correct name and all the emails was going to the other person BIG MESS!!!!! Took me forever to get fixed and when they delivering the tv we waited all day only to find out the truck broke down with no phone call except to the other person!!! Went to store and we picked the tv up ourselves only to find out when we set it up it had a cracked screen!!!!They did someone out to replace it and set it up again but now the sound sucks the sound bar has to be on 50 just to hear the tv and the sub roofer does not work just really not happy with Best Buy!!!! Called the store to get help with the sound and he told me to follow the book that came with it but pretty sure the other customer got all of that so we will google it!!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! Would definitely recommend somewhere else to buy your electronics!!!!!

10/10 do not recommend. Terrible customer service, wasted 2 hours of my day trying to get a washer/dryer ordered just to have to cancel it anyway. Should have left when I had to find my own help in the store. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

They will try and scam you. I bought an open box laptop, which was incorrectly priced. So I was able to purchase it for the incorrect cheaper price. However getting it home it kept locking up. I took it back and they had geek squad look at it and reinstall the operating system. I picked it up and got it back home and it did it again. So I took it back and they said they could not fix it. I could get my money back or another less quality laptop. I got my money back, two days later they had the same laptop back on the "open box" shelf "fixed" and 200.00 more than what I paid for it. Well I demanded that I was able to repurchase the laptop for the same price I originally paid for it. The manager finally did it, and when questioned why they told me it could not be fixed, he stated that I would have the same issue when I got it home and to not bring it back to them. So in other words they were going to try and sell it broke to someone else for more money. Anyway I got it back, had Microsoft and Lenovo remote in and they fixed it.

My wife and I bought 2 Lenovo laptops here in 2021. Mine worked fine but hers was a lemon. We made appointment after appointment with the Geek Squad but they didn't fix it. Finally, they said it would need to be shipped to the factory. By this time the protection plan had expired and we had to pay for repairs. They fixed the issue but 3 other things didn't work when we got it home. We made another appointment (why I know b/c they never take me on time) to get it checked and was told I needed to pay for the last repairs before they would look at it. I told them I thought I had and would get the receipt from home. I couldn't find it. We ended up buying another one online but couldn't set it up, so once again I thought Geek Squad could help since I have the Best Buy Total Protection plan (another waste of money). They did setup the new computer but the Geek Squad manager, Brendon, told me they should not have worked on old laptop to begin with b/c they couldn't find any records of me buying it from them. Additionally, even though the issues were caused by the factory I would have to pay for the repairs. Finally, he told me b/c they thought my issues were so complicated they "were no longer going to do business with me". Essentially they have banned me from using their services. All I can say is, good riddance. Don't use them.

The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Purchased a TV on New Year’s Day with great recommendations from the sales staff; picked it up 3 days later with fantastic service and conversation from the front staff.

No product description on outer box explaining how it worked. Could not open box w/o purchasing first when asking the CSR how difficult it might be for a senior citizen to operate. I was shopping for a bluetooth speaker to pair with an iPhone for my 94 year old, hard of hearing mother. They offered to pair it up for her , if I brought her and the phone into the store, but she lives 112 miles away. THX
