Absolutely the worst! I went into the salon and met a very polite, very nice stylist named Mallory. I showed her a picture of myself with the exact color/cut that I wanted and asked what the price would be; after a brief conversation I scheduled an appointment for the following week. Very Late the night before Mallory texted and canceled the appointment and asked to reschedule...it want until late morning the following day that I read the message (I opted to reschedule). The afternoon of my appointment I arrived 15 minutes early but the salon was closed/locked. I text at the time of my appointment and am informed Mallory is running late. At the end of my appointment (full highlight & haircut) I'm asked if I'm satisfied ? (I was trying not to cry) No‼️ Mallory, I'm not satisfied, my hair is orange/yellow brassy! I'm so uncomfortable and disappointed at this moment ? Mallory doesn't speak. I ask what can be done ✅ She offers a toner. I said, yes, at minimum a toner but I need to think about this I'll text you! She gives me a few pumps of purple shampoo to take with me. I pay for my appointment in full and leave a very generous tip (to show good faith because she asked what she could do to make things right). Over the next few days we exchange several texts and land on an exact agreement. I return to the salon for the appointment we discussed. After my hair is half dried I realize nothing significant had changed. I asked Mallory why she didn't process my hair in the manner in which we mutually agreed to via text & she said she didn't want to invest that much time (unbeknownst to me)! It was such a deceiving & underhanded thing to do‼️ Mallory then brings her supervisor over and it's determine my hair is still yellow/gold and would indeed require further processing (Three in 1 week)! However, at the same time the supervisor was implying I'm making this situation out to be much worse than it actually is and in essence (get over it)! I restated respectfully that I'm afraid my hair could be severely damaged if I allow a 3rd process at this time. Well, I'm told, that's all they can offer (it's now or never)! So I asked for a refund/partial refund and was refused. I left the salon with brassy goldfish orange WET hair! I have photographs but this site doesn't allow me to include them. The supervisor was intense and overbearing with regard to this entire encounter which was so unnecessary! Mallory is a young woman who is well intended but ultimately showed herself to be dishonest and unprofessional?Service: Hairstyling
