I cannot say enough about the customer service! I had a damage wheel and Nate repaired it back to basically brand new. While putting the tire back on, a lug nut was stripped causing damage to the stud as well. Nate was VERY professional about the situation and owned up to his mistake. I had the stud/ lug nut replaced and they reimbursed me 100% for the mistake. As I told Nate, everyone makes mistakes but very small percentage of people own up to it now days. Thank you Colors on Parade for doing a great job and your customers service!

Please see 1st photo for damage to my Prius. I contacted a body shop I have used before and just a visual estimate was over $2000 and time in shop was 4 days. I am told the color of my car requires extra time. Colors on Parade did a great job for $1350 and my car was ready in 1 1/2 days. They even put paint on a quarter size dent free of charge. I purchased a wheel and tire coverage with my vehicle purchase. I never thought that I would actually need to use it until I realize I had scratched up my rims. When I went to the dealership to see if I could use the coverage, they said it would be covered and that Colors on Parade would be the ones who fix it. At first I thought, how are they going to fix the rims? I thought they would replace the rims. But I took the car to them and Corey and his team worked on my rims, and I was absolutely impressed with their work. They made the rims look new again , since then, I’ve had to have those rims fixed many times, and each time they make them look new again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Tires

Nate did a fantastic job on all 4 of my wheels. Yes, I said all four. I found every curb in the city of Columbia. However, Nate made me look brand new again and you can't even tell there was any scuffs at all highly recommended.
