“Even though I don’t live here, I’ve been shopping here for years whenever I get a chance to pass through town and sometimes even drive a little out of my way. Really love the bargain basement and have picked up a lot of good things. The staff is really friendly and bends over backwards for you. One time I made a trip when I didn’t expect them to be closed. They told me to call ahead next time, and they would drive up the street and open the store for me. They been workable whenever I’ve had issues regarding shipping. I was most recently out of town, having surgery, and trying to change my delivery since I wasn’t going to be home, but Fedex wouldn’t allow it. They called and tried but couldn’t. FedEx left the package in the wrong place exposed to the elements. They told me if there was a problem they would replace the order.”

Robin Seymour,shipping manager for Mod Kham contacted me directly and worked with me in a prompt, professional manner to resolve the problem. The problem was with the USPS and not Mod Kham and they remained in contact with me until the problem was resolved. I was very impressed with the quality, not only of the masks, but also their outstanding customer service.”
