I was having issues with my vehicle and took it to a local dealer who wasn’t helpful so I called crescent collision for a tow. The tow truck driver arrived in a timely manner and he was professional. I spoke with Mr. Allen concerning my vehicle and he offered to help fix the issue. Mr. Allen was attentive and had my vehicle up and running in a timely fashion. I highly recommend these guys. They’re the best! Thank you!

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with body work on my car. Chris kept me informed throughout the whole process and the work was done within a couple of days. I was able to save money on a rental car because of his willingness to work with me. Plus my car is good as new! They even vacuumed the floors. ? I’ll never go anywhere else.

Had quarter panel and rear bumper damaged and they gave the best estimate compared to other shops and Chris was super kind and kept me updated through the whole process and the work they did was great quality! would recommend to friends and family

First time with this body shop and was extremely pleased. Ended up with several small dents on my jeep gladiator above the windshield. They had it done in a week. Also I live near by and had been working nights and they actually brought it to my house which saved me the headache of waiting till my wife arrived home. Great guys. Thanks again !

Someone ran into the front drivers side of my suv almost totaling it. Had it hauled to Cresent Collision. Once your car is wrecked that bad you never feel like it’s the same but it was. They fixed it up like it was brand new; you would never know it was almost totaled by the insurance company. They also have the best customer service. Took me home and brought my car to me when I didn’t have a ride. Highly recommend Cresent Collision for all your bodywork needs.

Chris at Crescent was amazing. My experience with insurance and my first shop was horrible. After I asked Chris for help he handled everything from contacts with adjusters, insurance to keeping me informed. Parts were hard to find but Chris honored my wishes of finding factory parts and fixing my daughters car right. He would not let the car go until he was satisfied as well which I appreciate so much as a father. I knew the service and communication had been top notch so I was blown away when I saw that the work he did on my daughters car was like new. I have dealt with numerous shops over the years but this was by far the best work and customer service I have seen. There are still people out there who take pride in what they do. Allen and all of his crew at Crescent Collision are seriously the best! You’d be crazy to go anywhere else for any type of auto body needs. Not only did they fix my car in a very reasonable amount of time, but they worked with my insurance company the entire way so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Thank you guys so much! I was completely blown away the customer service I received at Crescent Collision.When my car was totaled on I-20 over the holiday season, they had a tow truck out to me in less than half an hour. Any time I needed something (while the insurance company was processing the claim), they were on top of it immediately.Again, very impressed with the customer service. I don't write many reviews on Google but there's simply no way I couldn't acknowledge what was done on my behalf. Thanks again!

I had gotten sideswiped and Crescent Collision repaired my car. They found the running board I needed which they do not make anymore and they had everything they needed to fix my Tahoe. My boyfriend and I called to see if they could fix my car (the radiator mount and the radiator). The guy that called us back said they were busy and would probably be a few weeks out til they could fix it, which we understood. We just asked for a quote to see around how much it would be even though they had a wait time. The guy then proceeded to act like he didnt even want to do it by shutting down the conversation. I get that it's not a big job but with all the good reviews I just expected better from them.
