The staff and doctors are all very helpful and caring. I never feel like they are pushing unnecessary expensive procedures.

Worst experience. Friend asked us to adopt their two 12 weeks old yellow labs and we took them to the friends vet they had taken the labs to before (crossroads) for their next appt. First they stated they weren’t taking new patients. We explained they weren’t new patients, just new puppy parents wanting to keep the same vet. This required the vet to approve - which seemed odd- first red flag . Learned this place triple books appts- second red flag, Got shots but when asked to buy 6 months worth of heart guard and flea medicine was told they only sell one month at a time- third red flag. The appointment took over 2 hours, and the vet was only in the room for 15 minutes.

You might wait awhile to be seen. But you'll never find quality in a drive thru.

We've taken our pets on and off for years to Cross Roads. Only when we couldn't get an appointment did we go somewhere else. The past few times I've been, I've been belittled for questioning expensive test or wanting a rx filled at a pharmacy for a cheaper price. I've been treated as I don't want to take care of my pets. All of my pets have had anything they've needed. For someone who does take care of their pets to be treated this way imagine those who don't. This will keep people from seeking the help their babies need..

The staff is great! The vets here are good at their profession. The prices are not too steep, therefore this helps many animal lovers, especially in today's market with inflation hitting all our pockets.

I lost my dog a female pit on March 25, 2023 for liver disease, eventhough she was initially dx on January 10, 2023. This is our fourth dog treated at this clinic for almost fifteen years. The doctor could have referred a specialist or another clinic, hospital for advanced treatment when liver disease can be treated at an early stage based test results and owner's feedback and there was no financial constraint. In addition, the doctor refused to hospitalize the dog because of aggressiveness after a prior skin cancer surgery at the clinic, so we brought her home and did our best not as medical professionals but as owners and trusted the doctor's recommendations. Above all, there were firm indications thru tests that her health did improve in February 2023. being courteous and friendly does not replace lives saving actions. The book is closed just be cautious, don't blindly place a halo on who treat your loving pet, we did.
