If you’re trying to charge your electric car don’t come to this Nissan!! All car chargers were purposefully blocked by cars they’re selling! The supercharger was blocked off by 1 car completely covering one entrance to the parking lot, and 2 cars blocking both sides of the other entryway. Even the slower charger was blocked with a car. There are so many empty parking spaces but instead they purposefully put them blocking all entryways!

Service was good but I wanted to use a coupon for the oil change but was denied because it was expired. I purchased the car last September but was sent a coupon book with 2023 dates and then the cashier refused to allow me to utilize it. First, why send me an expired coupon book to use? Secondly, I used that same coupon book on the first service and the cashier saw that it was expired and allowed me to apply to my bill. So, no I will not be be returning and I definitely will NEVER recommend this dealership or any other of your dealerships. I’ve purchased 4 Nissans and this will be the last. Thank you.

Had an excellent with my salesman-Chris Parham-truly an expert in working with customers who have many questions. He thoroughly answered every question I had. He’s very knowledgeable and professional! In addition, the general managers-Charles and Adam-went out of their way to make it a seamless new car purchase!

Service department was excellent. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They do routine test and found out the battery did not pass all test. They installed new battery and covered it under warranty.

After shopping around for a car all week and getting the run around at other dealerships, I stopped here. I had a pleasant, painless car buying experience with salesman Chris Parham and Thomas in financing. Thomas found financing for my new SUV despite the negative equity from my old car that I was trading in. I also appreciated the small snack and drink station they had available. I’m loving my Nissan Rogue and would recommend this dealership for a better car buying experience.

Great service from the top to bottom. My advisor Madison was extremely thoughtful and professional when met with obstacles. She made a positive experience under difficult conditions. There were parts that needed to be ordered and installed that were not initially planned on and she made sure I was informed and gave me options throughout. Awesome employee!!

Had the pleasure of stopping in this afternoon and speaking with a salesman (his desk is in the back left corner). My daughter and I had just left a dealership up the road minutes before after having a horrible experience start to finish. It was so refreshing to be greated by someone so nice and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and so helpful. They didn't have the car we were looking for, but one was coming from their other dealership in a couple days. Because of the great experience, we are willing to wait and if that one doesn't work out..we will wait until they call us with one we are interested in. All bc of great service.

My car stalled on me and I managed to make it to AutoZone to get the check engine light checked out which came up as a sensor. I called the Two Notch location to see if they could assist since I was a mile from it. I was told they would not be able to tow it, they had no rentals and there would be a $175 non-refundable diagnostic fee. It would also take 24-48 hours. I needed my car the next day since my son was having surgery. I decided to call the Lexington location. Madison answered the phone and was as sweet as could be. I explained the situation and she asked for the code. She said no problem, that shouldn't take long to fix. I was able to get my vehicle towed to Lexington. She kept me updated throughout the day and I was able to get my car fixed the same day. I wasn't able to get there before they closed due to transportation issues, but I paid over the phone and she left my keys with sales. When I came to pick up my vehicle, she left a sweet note. I hate that the Two Notch location didn't seem to care much but I am glad to have taken my vehicle to Lexington. Madison was awesome!

Great service most of the time. With an appointment I do wait for a long time sometimes. They are not good @ plugging tires. This is second tire that leaks more after they plugged it than when the nail was in it. Overall, great otherwise.

Chris was my salesperson he really listened to what I was saying and therefore he found me a great car to take home. But the whole staff worked hard to put me in that 2019 Sentry. Thank y'all again.Been back since my original review and would give a 5 star review all over again. This time it was Chris my salesman and Madison in service both doing a great job.

2 stars since they were able to (1) diagnose the issue and (2) fix the issue, disappointed with everything else.Service engine light came on while we came down to SC to visit family in the area. I always had great work from my local Nissan dealer, so decided to stick with Nissan in this case and Dick Smith was the closest.Booked a appointment for the following morning and arrived on time. I was planning on waiting what I expected to be the typical 30 minutes to read the code and run some tests. Instead i sat in the waiting area working on my laptop and watching my truck sit in the check in are for 30 minutes. I think they got tired of me glancing over and frowning at not seeing my vehicle moving, so they pulled it around the corner. I walked over and saw they had just moved it out of site and had not yet pulled it in the shop. It actually took them a hour and a half b4 my vehicle got into the shop to be looked at. Eventually I got tired of waiting and a family member pick me up. They eventually called me 6 hours after I dropped the car off, and told me it was the evaporative filter canister. They said they could have it fixed the same day, but it would be $780. Since I was on vacation, and I had already agreed to pay the diagnostic fee of $198( which is a whole other story, since all the other dealerships I've been to, the fee is only $145, seems strange to charge more if it's a standard fee for any CPO vehicle).I agreed to have them replace it. They neglected to call me when it was done, and I had to call the next morning to confirm it was done. When I picked it up the total cost ended up being more than quoted over the phone at $878.85.After I picked it up, I looked up the part they replaced. They charged 111.48, but online from Nissan you can order the part for ~$75, and pick it up at the same dealership did the work! The part was also located behind the driver's side rear tire. I'm not sure how they spent $724.97 in labor, but looking at a youtube video, I could do the diagnostic and replacement in ~2 hours, and i'm not a professional. That much cost in labor would be almost a whole day of work at $100/hr, of which there is no way they spent that much time working on this one piece. Not sure if I was paying for someone's Birthday party or something, but I definitely did not get a piece of cake. Not happy with the service provided. They did make me appreciate my local dealership much more.
