I spoke with Rashaun on the phone and he was very professional. I went down there and got a set of Michelin tires for my truck and met Rashaun who maintained his professionalism and another guy named Charlie. I will be using Discount Tire again in the future, as a matter of fact I went back two days after I got my tires and had them balance some tires that I got from Firestone for my SUV. Firestone would have balanced them for free but their employees do not know how to properly balance a tire. Discount tire did an excellent job and the tires are totally different now and run true without any vibration. The highly recommended Discount Tire.

Hated it. They acted like I was crazy for asking for a quote. Even said I don't have a way to print it. Then magically found a printer in the back after I persisted. Damn, just send me a email then. I need a quote to have my employer to pay me so I can get tires. I know it's crazy but that's the way it is. Took my business to havirds. They were great. I will pass 10 discounts to get to havirds next time I need tires. Outstanding customer service.

Discount Tire was able to get me in next day and change 2 tires in about 10 min. It was easy to prepay and schedule online and they were informative And honestly helped my anxiety as a woman! Very nice and very helpful.

Rishan is what made it a 5-star experience. Got in and out, even when something needed to be corrected. Rishan made sure I was taken care of, give that man a raise.Reasonably priced & they allow for an online military discount.

I went in, and a very cordial young man welcomed me. I told him what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable. When I asked how long I would wait. He gave me a window, and to my surprise, it was from 8:50 to 9:45. They came for me at 9:25. Something I appreciate as a customer is when their world comes to life. Well-done guys.

By far the worst experience at any shop I’ve ever been to. Will not be coming back and don’t recommend anyone who values their belongings to have work on your vehicle done at this shop.-Took my truck to have new rims swapped out with the old ones and made it clear I thought that I wanted the old rims still for a full size spare.- Go to pick my vehicle up and the new rims were on the truck but I noticed my old rims were not in the bed of the truck. I then proceeded to go inside the shop to ask where the old rims were at and an employee and manager walked right out the door without even speaking to go get them and put them in my bed. Manager came back after they put them all in my truck and I asked “what his plans were to do with them” and he responds with “most people just toss the old rims, when they put new ones on”.Shady Shop ???

These guys are the best! My wife ran over a nail and I stopped by to get it repaired. The entire team were extremely nice. They said due to where the nail entered the tire a repair was not possible. They offered to install a loaner tire until my new tire arrived. Due to the holidays it could take a week to receive. I received a call the next day saying that my tire was in. I asked when could they install it, the reply was when you come in we will take care of you. This is a 5 star experience. I ask if they could rotate my tires and they did it at no charge!!! I was leaving in 20 minutes after I arrived. I will use discount tire for all my needs going forward. They are fantastic.

Great communication from the staff, very helpful, saved me a ton of time and money after I ordered the wrong size tires.I don't remember the guys'names that helped me, but he probably literally saved my life. He recognized a potential life threatening situation with my tires, explained where I could get the tires I wanted (they didn't offer the brand I wanted) then when the tires turned out to be the wrong size, for me hooked up with another set at discount.That dude went so far above and beyond for my safety that I wish I could adopt him to be my kids Grandpa. 10/10 customer for life or as long as that one dude works there.

Dealing with Discount Tire in Lexington is one of the best tire purchase experiences I’ve ever had. I called for a price on tires and the manager extended a discount that had expired, which saved me some money immediately. He ordered my tires, and called me the next day when the tires were received. I went to Discount Tire and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, and my new tires were installed in about 20 minutes. The next day, I found that one of my tires had lost a significant amount of air overnight so I took it back to Discount Tire. Upon inspection, the front tire had a nail in it - and the technician patched it in a few minutes. The manager ordered me a brand new tire to be installed next week at no cost! So….I am very happy I chose Discount Tire, and I’ll use them again for future tire purchases.

Best experience buying a tire by far. We were in and out, in 14 minutes. New rim. New tire. Price so low I don't know if I should even say it. But it was under 130 for the total. We will most certainly return.

My first service was 45 years ago. Was sold on Discount Tire! Since then, I was sold on them. Referral of multiple people. However, my last service in Rock Hill South Carolina and yesterday in Lexington SC were not what I was accused to. Both times I was informed that the tire couldn't be fixed. In Rock Hill South Carolina I was told by an acquaint that the tire should have been fixed. It appears that the same was true in Lexington SC. A 45 year friendship has ended. Back to Sans.
