I brought back an xbox game that we bought yesterday and we were having an issue with the exchange but Bryce went above and beyond to make it right!

Staff is SUPER kind, I visited a couple of weeks ago with my husband to trade in some in store credit and the shift lead was training a new employee while we were there, they were both so kind and walked us through the process.

This is my favorite GameStop to shop at! Griffin and Aaron are always so helpful and recommend great games/products! They always go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I’m looking for no matter what it is.
