The stores are raising prices far beyond reasonable expectations for everything. Ridiculous for items that are not in good condition and that were given away. I’ll just start looking at yard sells or buying online instead of coming here!

I’ve never had a kind of experience I did today, they claimed there was only one dressing room open and after I was half way into the dressing room already naked trying on all my clothes I hear a bang on the door and they were telling me I didn’t need to be “trying clothes on that long because other people were waiting” I saw 4 other dressing rooms open & her & the staff actively talking crap about me saying how I didn’t need to go in their and try on clothes for that long, mind you it was a buggy FULL OF CLOTHES AND IVE GAINED WEIGHT so I had to make sure they fit. Fast forward I heard the lady say “she didn’t need to be in there with all those clothes” so I clapped back at her and said it was ALOT I HAD TO TRY ON. If you hate your job don’t work in retail!!

This Goodwill always has great stuff, and it's well organized, but the prices are seriously high. When things still have store tags or yard sale tag and the goodwill price is higher, it feels like a scam.

The worst experience they closed the dressing rooms down at 6:30 they don’t close until 9pm and that happened two days in a row then I still gave them the benefit and stayed to buy the clothes but then the women that worked there open up a second line she let choose to pick the people she wanted to check out I will never go back I can’t stand rude and lazy people

Waited almost 20 minutes for an attendant to help unload donated items..at 11:00am. Then when 1 attendant arrives, he had to help load brought items through same access as donated items. Not well run at all!

Great selection and great people! I have found several articles of clothing that have helped me in job interviews. Just today Ally, the assistant manager, found my girlfriend's lost phone and kept it safe for us to pick up! I'd give 100 stars out of 10 if I could!

This Goodwill is one of the better ones in the area. It does not put out broken or chipped glass items like most do.

Just a weird encounter today. Most likely will not shop at the loft no more fake items and certain people can more comfortably holding items than others.
