Use to be a good store. The pricing is insane. One of the workers goes around pulls tags off items that have already been marked and puts higher prices on them. She has even done it at the register to a customer.

Pricing is outrageous. And why is this woman sitting down? They don’t do this for other employees. They have an employee on an oxygen machine at the retail/clearance center that doesn’t get to sit.

They have stained baby clothes here and not that many toys for kids.The shoes sometimes have no soles.And I even bought a small tablet here and it didn't work,so I returned and they gave me store credit.Then they put it right back in the glass for someone else to buy.Also,I'm pretty sure that people donate good stuff to this location.They probably just send most of the good stuff to e commerce to be sold online for more.There are some really nice things that get donated but customers never see it because it gets sent to e commerce.

Was in here not even 10 minutes ago and witnessed a employee bringing buggies out the back room to 2 individuals to look through then took right back to the back. The ladies wanted to be rude about others looking in the buggies brought out specifically to them to pick through. I've worked for Goodwill and this is ENTIRELY against company policy. The very reason I don't go to this store often not to mention it's so cluttered and unorganized you can't hardly find anything. The young cashier was awesome though.

I didn’t catch her name but the chipper and happy girl who checked us out was so filled with joy that she made my day. More people need to be like her! I found a great variety of items from books, crafting pieces, and ornaments. A great store with great prices!

We had a good experience with some donations to the Lexington Goodwill. We needed to clear out our parent’s house after they passed away. The manager and assistant manager were very helpful and very appreciative of our donations. The gentleman helping unload the items on June 23rd was a huge help as well. He worked very hard that day. We want to thank you very much for your kindness and friendliness.

Love this drop off spot. I usually come monthly after doing a clean sweep through our stuff, and always come by here or our local church. This was easy today because they meet you at the car with a giant bin so it's easy unloading! Staff is always friendly and the drive through is always clean of debris. Give them a stop soon!

I love the store. Some of the employees need to learn basic customer service skills. Such as, not clocking out to go on break when it's two of u working and it's a long line. Otherwise, a great experience the cashier that was left with the long line was very pleasant.

I pulled my car up to donate some boxes and bags full of clothes. Pulled everything out and laid it down outside my car. Still nobody was coming. Proceeded to put my belongings by the door and a lady opened the door pushed a blue bin half way out and told me to put my clothes in it. Didn't even lift a finger. Was very frustrated by her attitude considering I'm donating stuff for them to resell to make a profit and that's how I was treated.

Went shopping as usual bought 2 pairs of shoes 1 slippers 1 sandles he charged me for 2 pairs saddles so I told him I didn't want the slippers he told me he couldn't give my cash back I told him get a manager he did she came out not knowing what she was doing so after 10 minutes I just grabbed the shoes and left with them over charged because I had to pick up my children
