I'm only putting it this low because of the heat. The store is unreasonably hot! The poor employees are pouring sweat and look exhausted. I would hate working in that condition and kudos to the ones who are!

Goodwill in Lexington is better than the one in Redbank, except it only has one dressing room and sometimes there is a long wait to use it.

Always love this store. Great people and music!! ? just one worker was very disrespectful and wouldn’t even dare say excuse me when she pushed past me.

What in the world is Goodwill thinking?? Putting a steam mop for $45.99 when it has a salvage sticker on it and a brand new one at lowes costs $25!! Goodwill has seriously gotten out of hand with their prices...I would NOT recommend shopping at any goodwill location!!

Twice I've tried to donate coffee tables, end tables small entertainment centers, and every time im told they cannot accept any furniture. Its much nicer than the junk I've seen when I walk in to browse. So goodwill, decide if you actually want donations that you can sell for a good cause, or its just a facade.

One staff today was very UN-COURTEOUS. Tall female with shoulder length yellowish hair. She walked WAY TOO CLOSE IN FRONT OF my shopping cart AND THEN BEHIND ME while we were at checkout counter. She never said "excuse me, pardon me..." just NO MANNERS nor COMMON COURTESY. She was putting one or two items on clothes rack near me...WHILE I WAS LOOKING at items ON THAT RACK... it was not emergency that she get there RIGHT THEN... I stepped further away from the rack. I don't appreciate staff being THAT close to me unless I have asked for assistance. I mean, GEEZ... BACK UP OUT OF "MY" BUBBLE SPACE.

This Goodwill location will not answer the phone number listed. Going through the prompt, you can press ‘1’ to get through to the store but it only rings to voicemail.

Good selection of used items. Separated by color and approx. Size. However expensive for a thrift store. For example plastic easter eggs 3 dollars. Same bag 1.25 at dollar stores
