So, I love thrifting and I don't mind having to rummage through things to find treasures. They have an outdoor portion that you pretty much rummage through. The outdoor area always has a great selection of old windows, doors, large desks and lighting fixtures (under a carport like area). This is my first stop when I go there. The indoor portion is a decent size. It is fairly well organized. The household/random area is a great place to find vintage dishes, sets or mismatched (I love this section!) I wish the "random" section was a little bigger though. There is a book room and a record room. One thing you can always count on at this thrift store is a great variety of vintage, in all sections! They have a smallish section of clothes but then you move on to furniture which they always have a fantastic selection of vintage furniture! After the first section of furniture (there are two areas), you step down into a room chock full of lamps, mostly single chairs of all kinds and a plethora of vintage wall pictures and frames. They always have a free section outside near the furniture pickup area too. Everyone is super nice and the prices unbelievably cheap! You're helping a good cause when you shop there as well. If you are in the area, stop by if you love this kind of thrifting! The ONLY thing is, if you have asthma, be careful. The air overall is kinda dusty I guess, I had a major asthma attack once.

The His House store in Lexington, off of 378 is the store to go to. The guy there is very friendly and keeps his store running top notch. The store on Augusta road is the last place that you want to go to. Rev. Walker is a sarcastic person and inflated his prices compared to the store in Lexington of 378. My advice to anyone that wants a friendly run store and very fair prices is the store in Lexington off 378!!!

Love this thrift store. Probably one of my favorites in the area. If you buy larger pieces they will help you load it into your vehicle. They also can temporarily hold some pieces once purchased if you need to get a bigger vehicle. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

For this to be a thrift shop/ministry place of business I don't think I've been more rushed or treated so rude over the phone as much as I was today....I called to simply asked a question and unfortunately the gentleman I spoke to see more aggravated with me than to help me.I've done business with this location plenty over the years but not to discredit this place because there is a lot of good things there except for his attitude. He answered My question after blowing his breath in the phone like I have aggravated him by calling to ask a question about a bed. But, as I was trying to say thank you for your time ,he's tells me well I got to go have people in here and just hangs up the phone. And just so we're clear that phone call lasted not even 2 minutes.I get everyone has a bad day but that is just bad customer service and it makes it look even worse considering it is a christian-based company after that I have chosen not to do business with them anymore but treating your customers that way is not acceptable.I hate for this too be a reflection of the whole company because of maybe one bad person but that is unfortunately what happens when you hire poor customer service. Hope for the company safe with this gentleman has better days.

?I come here every week. I love this particular thrift store but most of all I love what they do for the community outside the store. They help people of all types get their lives back together including criminals and addicts?.

I love love love this thrift store! Definitely have to do some digging but every time I go I always find some sweet gems. Lots of vintage, records, some really nice furniture, etc. Give yourself some time when you come so you can really look! It's charity based and all proceeds go directly to supporting the men who work there in getting back on their feet, so you know that your money is going to a good place. :)

This is a faith based thrift store. It is kind of messy inside, but most items are quite cheap. If you like to dig you can find some nice items. Many items are not marked so I'm not sure how you know what to pay. I did see some end tables I wanted to purchase, but they were already sold. Also, they blast annoying Christian music. I would go back. The one employee I spoke with was very friendly and items sold here goes to a good cause.

The staff is always kind & courteous. Upon entry you see everything placed in categories which does make your treasure hunt a little bit easier. Items are priced low so it's a great place to find a steal. If your looking for furniture to fix up & resell then this place is a goldmine. Lots of junk tho so you have to look really good and rake your time.
