Edit: I was married almost a year ago. We met in April/May to be put on each others car insurance. They said wait until my renewal in June, then said they had to wait until his renewal in September. They also said they would rerun my credit which wasn’t great many years ago, but is great now to help me with better rates. Told me that it took 6 months to run it. Ridiculous.
Reached out in September and and they said we will get back to you. Almost November and nothing. I’m frustrated, and not enjoying Allstate.”
