Ivy Park Family Medicine, Dr. Reynolds and his team are wonderful! I really appreciate how it's never been overcrowded when I go. Elizabeth at the front desk is so friendly, kind, and helpful. Nurse Lynn is also very kind and attentive to your needs. Dr. Reynolds is extremely knowledgeable and even though he knows what is going on pretty much right away, he does not make you feel rushed. He truly takes the time to listen to what is going on and helps you fully before letting you go. He is very personable and always asks if there is anything else that you may need help with at that time. I think it is an amazing team and when I am low, due to my health or an injury, I would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you for your care!

Recently I moved to the area, trying to find a new doctor. I explain to them that I need two different medications filled. I take one once a day so 30 days total. I get to the pharmacy one of the prescriptions only has five tablets the other prescription has 10. I was very specific that this is what I take every single day for 30 days straight. Also my friend has had terrible luck with this doctor I have Tried several times calling and so has he with no response and no response to our voicemails. Very displeased

No one has ever been rude to me here. I really like my doctor and his staff. I sense they genuinely care about my well-being. I never have to wait and that is very much appreciated.

The office is friendly and punctual, I’ve never waited more than 10 mins. I would recommend Dr Reynolds to anyone looking for a family physician.

Dr Reynolds and his staff are amazing. They always make me feel so comfortable. He takes his time and talks to you, not like other Drs that just rush in and out. So happy i found them!
