Great dealer to buy a vehicle from. But if you need service or something fixed it is the worst experience I have found. Long time on hold. No appts for oil changes and 3 months out for a diagnostic on a transmission. Staff won’t call you back if you leave a message so don’t try.

Went in for a routine oil change and was told by Jeff that my car wouldn't start. I've only had my vehicle for 8 months and have never had any issues but Jeff stated my starter went out it happens as if I was suppose to believe that. After I challenged and questioned him on the issue he began to get upset raising his voice and rolling his eyes. I asked for a manager several times stated I wasn't going to just accept whatever bull he was trying to feed me and no one ever approached me. Approximately 20 minutes later Jeff returns and says one of my wires were loose, hands the clerk the paperwork and storms off. Had I not questioned him I believe he would've tried to charge me some insane price for literally nothing. Joan the scammer count your days Jeff the scammer is trying to take over

Don't believe the commercials. They really don't want to deal. A waste of time. The sales person kept contacting me after I asked him not to. He only wanted to sell a vehicle without trade ins. Never heard of this.

Great experience. Everyone was generous, polite, answered all of our questions. Great hospitality. Very helpful and filled our needs. Will always keep this dealership in mind. Enjoyed dealing with Brent Frick.He knew what we were looking for in the car.Brent is a very good experience dealer.Hubert is loving the charger more every day.

I stopped at JT’s after going car searching all over the place and not finding what I wanted. I didn’t know what to expect but I took the stop and I must say, best decision ever. I purchased my 2023 jeep compass from here and one of coolest things was not only my car but how amazing the staff and the customer service from everyone from here was. I was helped by Cam and it was the quickest and easiest process I’ve been through. Absolutely recommend getting your car here. 10/10. A1.

My name is Angerica- I just purchased my first car here today and my dealer was Jared Seigler. Who by the way is younger than me by 2 years. I had doubts coming into this dealership but he made the process so much easier. He worked with my numbers and did not make me feel like I was being “ cheap”, he related with me & told me about his first purchase with a car and reassured me that everything was going to be good. I kept negotiating and he was here for me during that process. I was able to actually speak to the manager as well who also reassured me about the price I’m getting. If you do not get a good dealer the process will be really bad. So I appreciate this and recommend coming here , especially for your new car & first purchase.

I would not recommend getting your car looked at or even getting the oil changed here. Sales department may be good but the shop not at all. I have had my new dodge since 12,000 miles. I brought it in at about 40,000 miles to complain of a shaking in the car when warmed up. Considering I waited almost a month to get my car looked at just for me to drop it off and they tell me nothing is wrong with it. Now at about 70,000 miles my car is ticking and still shaking when starting up. Brought back to them after waiting about 2-3 weeks to get looked at for them to tell me only “could not duplicate”. From a mechanics standpoint nobody could listen to my car running without hearing it tick or cold start it without it shaking sitting in the driver seat. On top of “could not duplicate” they hit me with a 200$ diagnostic fee with the only explanation of “could not duplicate”. Seems to me as if they either don’t care or are trying to push cars out they don’t feel like dealing with. Very frustrating considering the amount I pay for my car and that I depend on my car to drive me 2 hours each day for work. If you have any issues out of your dodge I would personally not recommend bringing your car here to be “diagnosed”.

Jeff was very welcoming, explained what the process was and gave me approximate time. He kindly walked me to the lobby to wait. The lobby was clean and comfortable. When my car was done Jeff can and walked me to the cashier and there were no surprises there. The cashier was warm and inviting she explained a current promotion going on and got me on my way. I always enjoy having my Renegade serviced at JT. Thanks team.

Did a great job on getting my vehicle fixed along with catching another “Warranty” related problem and completing it as well. Jennifer was awesome for keeping constant communication and even providing me a ride back home.It would have been 5 Stars if it didn’t take a whole month to complete this task. I originally had an appointment on 3 August 2023 at 10 a.m. After your team verified the problem with my truck, a part had to ordered, stated it would take approximately 5-10 business days to arrive and you will call me to make an appointment to have the job don’t that same day. After the 10th business day, I NEVER received a call from anyone from your department. I called the following week and verified the part FINALLY arrived, yet you NEVER contacted me.

Brent Frick was exceptional in helping my husband and I purchase a new Ford truck. He was personable, helpful, and there was no haggling in pricing when my husband requested certain numbers. It was great to do business with him and JT Chrysler Dodge jeep....we were in and out within an hour. Kudos to the salesmen here

Previously had great service here but was trying to make an appt for service online and after several attempts (showed no availability through Jan - maybe further out but I didn’t keep looking). Had someone come on chat to ask if I needed help. Went through what services I needed and said someone would call. No call. So, went back online about a week later and same thing. I know I can call but what is the purpose of having an online scheduler if it doesn’t show any availability? And no one called back. I went to another dealer.

The whole process was fast and very professional, the great thing was the majority was done over the phone. My Auto Sales Representative was Mr. Ryan Stukes when I got to the dealership there were no surprises everything was just how we discussed over the phone everyone with whom I spoke was very thorough the whole process was very pleasant. I would recommend anyone to come here, you definitely won't regret it.

I've never seen anything like it. We found a car at this dealership and paid the deposit to hold the car , and were called couple days later to "refund our money" because they sold it...... to someone else... WHUT?! Who would do that, if you're not trying to live up to that "used car salesman" stereotype! No ethics whatsoever!These people claiming "great customer service" or "I had a wonderful time" have to be corporate hacks. Save your money and your peace of mind; go somewhere else! I just can’t believe anyone would want to work with people like them! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I have a legally binding buyer’s order with my and their signatures on it and a receipt of my $500 deposit. How could anyone possibly think I have no interest in that car! Since they have no intentions to make it right for me, I will have to go for a different route to have it resolved.
