Doctors are great, mine was out for a little and I was taken care of, when she got back she had definitely read through clinical notes and was on the same page as if she'd never left. Awesome experience, would recommend!

I have worked in healthcare administration for 20 years and this practice is about as bad as I’ve ever seen. They don’t draw labs unless a doc In their office orders it, (evidently they don’t recognize that in the day in age of virtual appointments, this is problematic), they are obstinate about refilling prescriptions, even when it puts the patient in extreme risk. When my kids were sick and I requested a sick appointment, they never even got back to me with a response. This practice is BAD.I hope they get audited by the State because I can’t imagine it’ll be a very good audit.

I used to love the Lake Murray Family Practice. Always so kind and helpful. Well a couple years ago my youngest daughter and I transferred to LFP Gilbert due some attitude from the personnel (not the doctors). My son in June wanted to transfer to Gilbert for the same reason. He is on one medication at 23 for ADD. I knew as. Child he needed something but I was a stay at home mom and learned ways to help him deal with it. At about 20 he came to me and said mama I think I need something to help me focus better (he’s an arborist so I sent him to Lake Murray and they did a question and definitely agreed he needed to be on something so he has been on this medication almost 3 years. His new patient appointment at Gilbert isn’t until January 14th. I called Lake Murray and tried to explain the situation and they said no he was no longer a patient there because he has a new physician. Absolutely incorrect he will not be a patient until the first appointment. I asked her (office manager) what he was supposed to do about a medication he could not come off of and she snarkly replied that yes he didn’t have to take the medication and there was no side effects or withdrawals. I reminded her she was not a physician and could not give that advice. Needless to say she continued to argue with me and the conversation did not end well. I immediately called Gilbert and explained the situation and they said the exact thing I was saying that he would not be a patient at Gilbert until his first examination. Well a few minutes later Gilbert’s office manager called and apologized for the situation even though they were not at fault and graciously moved his appointment up so he wouldn’t go without this medication. Thank God for Gilbert Family Practices Team. I will never refer anyone to Lake Murray because there staff was extremely uncaring, unprofessional and rude.

I love this office! Dr. Watson and all of the staff are great. I feel like I am listened to and taken care of every visit. I’ve never waited longer than about 5 minutes to be seen.

My whole family sees Dr Watson. He has been professional, knowledgeable, and caring. His nurses are very good. Our insurance is filed as expected. We are pleased.

Would not recommend this dump to anyone. They do not answer calls and do not call back after you leave messages. Health care is no different than any other service provider. My wife is a customer and should be treated as such with dignity and respect. Not be left to go through withdrawals and not sleep for 3 days because no one can do their job. "Inconsiderate"is the best word to describe this place.

Had been waiting for scheduling appointment for some blood work and the receptionist that answered my called not sure of her name but she has a strong Asian accent, she was extremely rude and once she gave me my appointment time she hung up on me I had one last question to ask her about my appointment and she didn't let me ask! She kept interrupting me when I was explaining my reason for appointment and her excuse was I couldn't hear you and then that she was the only staff at the moment and lots of people in front of her, that is not an excuse when someone is trying to make sure they get an appointment for the right thing they need their appointment for. She was very unprofessional and rude.

What is the point of being sick but they won't see you for a few weeks? They'll take your money -- for sure. They will also try to push procedures to do at their office instead of writing you a recommendation for a specialist. More for them to bill. Need a script refill? Sure that'll be a couple weeks for a visit -- hope you didn't need that medicine. They also like scheduling you on days their doctor is off then calling you the day before to cancel.

Called in because we were running 30min late for our appointment. It was an appointment for my post spinal surgery check up. The nurses were extremely rude and not helpful, and now they claim they won't see me. What type of primary care doctor says he's open to seeing new patients, then does nothing to see his new patients. This was a really unfortunate situation and just makes me very upset to see a place so unprofessional. I am now looking for a new primary care doctor being only 3 weeks post spinal fusion impatient surgery. My surgeon in GA has also commented on how terrible the healthcare in Lexington is in general. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Everyone seems like they hate everything, and it's extremely negative. Not a good healing and healthy environment!!!!! I really am in shock, and I'm in the healthcare field... very disappointing. Just needed simple primary medical care, literally just needed my iron checked... I hope y'all find a new staff or something cause it seems like I'm not the only person you've pissed off either. Figure your sh*t out and be professional with people, especially when it's about there health and concerns.

In trying to make a new apt the receptionist was fairly rude and unprofessional. I had to explain to her several times that I wasn't a current patient and needed a PCP. Once that was out of the way I informed her I had a very limited schedule due to being a FT student who also interns and works if she could ask the Dr to make an exception to a time frame bc she said "getting established" can only be done at certain times. Decided against using their facility.
