I ordered a GE washer and dryer online. I had two different delivery dates because they claim it had to be specially ordered. It was delivered without a box. It was installed about a week later we started hearing noise in the washer and noise in the dryer the noise in the dryer was a grinding noise that sounded so loud we stopped the dryer and the big metal plate in the back of the dryer have fallen off, then the washing machine was also a grinding noise call Lowe spoke to Mark and shipping and receiving and he said there was a 48 hour return policy and since it had been three weeks almost 3 weeks, there was nothing they could do so they referred me to the GE factory talk to them They sent someone out and she told my husband and myself that it was replaceable that they couldn’t she could not fix it. She sent notes to the GE and they claimed it will take 48 hours for them to review the notes I called because they hadn’t responded to me. I was told that they had to send someone else out to fix it because the technician had ordered parts. No one told us the parts was going to be ordered. They told us it had to be replaced , so I asked young lady. When were they gonna tell us who was going to show up and I told her and sent her the copy of the notes and receipt from the first young lady who did the inspection, trying to do the repair and she said well hold on let me speak to the higher ups she came back to the phone and stated that someone else had to come out and try to fix it and I explained to her would the CEO of GE want to buy what he thought was new product and three weeks later has to have parts for it, so why should the Consumer I think it need to be exchanged but no she said that someone else has to come out and I explained to her I don’t want to use that same company because apparently she tell the Consumer one thing and GE another so apparently she’s not reliable so someone else is supposed to come out when they come when they call who knows but in the meantime, we have to go to the laundromat to wash clothes then I called Lowe’s and explained to them that someone knew they were sending damaged products and chose to anyway. so we’ll just sit and wait until someone come and attempt to fix it if I was you Lowes is not the place to go for appliances because I’ve been doing my investigation and this has happened to several people and it’s sad people work hard for their money to buy what they need and people just screw them over. I’m sure they wouldn’t like it if the tables were turned.

The contractors they employed to put up my neighbors fence spend 5 hours a day sitting in their truck smoking pot. And blocking driveways with their trailer.

Linda working self checkout arrogant and disrespectful.Lowes loves to keep people in lines. Wont open other self check out lanes. But very well could. Come on Harbor Freight! We need another building supplier to break Lowes MONOPOLY.

Made a trip to Lowes for a new garbage disposal. I've never replaced one myself and wasn't sure what all I really needed. I asked an employee passing by for help. His name was CJ, and although it was not his department, he assured all my questions were answered and I had everything I needed before leaving. I continue to shop at this Lowes because of helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff like CJ!

Didn't have what i needed and the sales person didn't know what it was til he looked on google this is Pic I had but I needed for a 2 gang box and had my brother on phone talking to them and they were not busy. Passed a large group of sales people when I walked in chatting with each other but when I called for help, it took 2 times with call button and a long time waiting. I have to admit, I have never had this much trouble with lowes before.
