This is the best car wash in Lexington. The staff is always friendly. The prices are good and the membership club is even better. I recommend using this local business.

Good wash, but 3 times in last 3 days I have gone and they were closed during posted Open business hours. Not worth having a membership if I have to go somewhere else.

I wish service with a smile didn't make me feel suspicious. Nice and courteous workers and a car wash that actually mostly dries your car. They even have a floor mat cleaner included. Beats Frank's hands down, just wish there were more of them.

I joined the Elite monthly program this week. The rim clean and tire shine do not work well at all. Hopefully, they can be adjusted.

I spoke with Nick to correct a membership issue, he got me straightened out. They have nice vacs, and just good customer service in general.

I paid the most expensive wash because it was my first time here and expected good results. Much to my disappointment, the wash was very poor, even causing damage to my paint. It left water spots everywhere, didn’t clean the wheels good at all, and scratched my paint.

Location: 5Affordability: 5Customer Service: 5Quality: 5Military discount: Yes, 10 percent We have been frequent customers of this local car wash spot in Lexington, SC. Most recently we visited them yesterday to get our SUV washed. It's got easy access and exiting from two major streets. Everytime we visit their staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. They have always honored us with a military 10% percent discount. The facility does a great job with cleaning the entire vehicle. With the price of the car wash, they provide you with towels for drying off your vehicle. They also have vacuum machines with 24/7 access everyday. We've been very satisfied with their customer service, and I'm positive that we'll be returning for another visit very soon!!!

Today I went here, had a very bad experience with one lady. She was being very rude and she turned off the air blow before my car finish cleaning. Very disappointing. These people are spoiling the entire name of the Marty’s car wash.

I originally started having my vehicle washed at this location over a year ago when it was Andy's Car Wash and decided to stay when it became Marty's Car wash. It wasn't more than a few months into the new ownership that I started seeing declines in service and the property/equipment itself. Just in the past few months I've had to deal with the absence of towels (apparently on backorder for over a month now), glass cleaner bottles either broken because of how cheap they are or not even refilled, vacuums clogged and tools that wont stay attached.I can tolerate some things but what I couldn't move past was the outright financial fraud that was being committed. I originally chose the ultimate package at an advertised rate of $37 (not a promotional or temporary rate). After reviewing my bank statements it came to my attention that for the past couple of months they randomly started charging me around $5 more. I called the office and asked to speak with someone to clarify and spoke with a girl that claimed they had to do it to all monthly subscribers "because of inflation". She provided me the number to Randy (owner/operator). Once I contacted Randy and explained to him what I had discovered he admitted what had been done. I explained to him that this was illegal by altering payment terms when there is no provision on my agreement allowing the business to alter the terms at any given time. Again, he admitted what was done and told me it was something that "corporate had us to do" and even admitted that they failed to notify customers like myself that this would happen. Randy led me to believe that if i text him my information he would resolve the matter and change my rate back (they never did). Randy confirmed my first text and after many failed attempts to communicate with him I have canceled my membership and ill be using Modwash right down the road where I can get more bank for my buck.
