Michele was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in her job!! Took her time with my sister and I and did not push anything on us!! We went into the Mattress firm store after searching all day for the perfect mattress. Scott greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome to be there. He even offered us water while we checked out our perfect bed. He was very educational about each and every mattress we asked about. We were very pleased about the prices and discounts we received. We can't wait till Monday so we can receive our perfect tempur-pedic bed with adjustable base. So thank you Scott for all your help and I Def. Will be sending people your way so choose a bed and rest up your gonna be busy lol. I know alot of people with bad backs.

We’re so happy to have chosen this store. Scott was a nice and respectful seller. We were nicely informed about the different types of mattresses regarding comfort, materials, life expectancy and prices. We were also offered a no interest loan to pay in 12 months with 3% of cash back. Since the moment we walked in Scott treated us in a respectful way, with lots of patience and answered all our questions that were a lot btw. Thank you Mattress firm!

I was just in with my hubby on the search of our dream bed. Wendy greeted us as soon as we came in and was very attentive. Not only was she attentive and listening to our needs but every other customer coming in. I wasn’t offended at all that she would help other people in between helping us. That is what I call great customer service. This was a to the point and easy transaction with great customer service. You helped us get the bed of our dreams and we are grateful for that!
