rdered a bunch of products Monday morning hours before 12pm because they have the bleach I wanted.. their website clearly states if you order before noon then they’ll send it out the same day.. never did.. it’s now day 2 and they still haven’t, I purchased quicker shipping and now I just want to be done with this business.. considering I found the hair dye I also was looking for on their site a couple hours ago and was told I’d have to make a new order because mine was processed right before their end of day closing time, because they supposedly were going to send today.. well, I’m looking and they’ve yet to send. Honestly, I’m pretty irritated.. why pay for quicker shipping if they’re not going to uphold that promise ?? Dont order from this business!! I will be considering a chargeback at this point as I’m going to get that elsewhere since OBVI I want that product sooner.

I came into to get my roots touched up on my blonde; by Nicole, which she told me she couldn't do, because their was to much new growth; that she would have to do an all over color to make it all match; which she did, but she went from platinum blonde and made it a chestnut drown, which I definitely didn't want, and also cut my hair way shorter than I wanted, and told me sry you had a bunch of dead ends and we'll try and go lighter next time paid $100 for the dark chop job she did, and told her to go ahead and book another that I'll go ahead and pay in advance, which she scheduled, but never answered the phone or refund my pre paid money, she's a scam artist and does your hair how she wants, not what you suggest

Nicole was very outgoing and friendly and makes sure that you are comfortable. And is very attentive to what I wanted done and voiced her professional opinion which I greatly appreciated it! I had only gotten my haircuts done by my cousin only when I lived in NY! But now Nicole will be my new hairstyle. Thank you so much for everything!
