I needed to get air in my tires so I came to NTB in a rush. They were able to fill up my tires quickly even though they were a bit busy. Everyone was very helpful and kind as always!

Brought my friends car here for routine repairs but was notified of problems during the inspection that could have caused safety issues if not fixed. From the mechanic, service tech (Zach) to the store manager (Cody) ensured all steps were taken to get the issues resolved properly. Definitely recommend them for much more work in the future.

Made a bad situation manageable. Just bought a new set of tires a few months ago. And they weren’t cheap. Unfortunately, a nail found it’s way in an unrepairable spot. And instead of having to buy two tires, they were able to find one in Charleston and have it delivered. In the meantime, put my spare on until it’s delivered. I know it was the ending I was hoping for but appreciate the professionalism, ?.

I had an outstanding experience at NTB Tire! I went in with a leaking tire, and the service was exceptional. Not only was Mike knowledgeable but extremely efficient. I really appreciate the fact that there wasn’t a gimmick to over charging me for things that I didn’t need. Mike and his team had me back on the road in less than an hour. Their work is truly honorable, and I'll definitely be returning for future service. Thank you, Mike and the entire NTB Tire!

I went in on Wednesday to get two lock nuts removed. There was an issue with the authorization and whether or not there were replacements available or needed to be purchased. Dominic had great customer service and Tony C was another pleasant encounter. Very grateful that they assisted me. NTB Lexington, SC - Dominic and Tony C your kindness and conversation was well appreciated.

I pulled up and asked about a possible mail in my tire. The gentleman were very kind and Tony C did a fast but thorough job getting that patched up that tire for me so that I could get back to work. Thanks guys for being customer friendly and professional!

They originally said it would be a 45 minute wait which I was okay with, they are close to some stores. But they took my car back anyways and did my oil change immediately. Very good place to go for services.

I was able to bring my vehicle in last minute and did not have to wait long. The waiting area is cool and clean. Worked with Dominic to have them check my tire to find a slow leak. They were able to locate it quickly, unfortunately it was in the sidewall. All of the guys at this location were very accommodating, nice, and respectful. I’ll definitely be back to visit them again!

Made an appointment online. Started on my car right away. Lobby/waiting area was clean and easy to find a spot to wait on my car. Dylan did a great job changing the oil in a reasonable amount of time. Great overall experience.
