If I could give this place negative rating I would. So my brother in-law had to put his life long fur baby down to illness.I took him to several pet shops to find him a new companion. The first few didn't have and cats, we ended up here where the lady with the adoption agency blatantly came out and told my brother in-law was too old to adopt a kitten it would out live him and the cat would end up on the street and that since he gets around with a walker the kitchen would get under his feet and trip him. SHE SAID ALL OF THIS RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY BROTHER IN-LAW, THAT DEVISTATED HIM! I understand her concern but she stepped way out of line. I will be going back tomorrow to talk with the manager and then my lawyer. CAN YOU SAY AGE DISCRIMINATION

I got my baby dog ? hair done here. It had been at least since CO vid that his hair had been styled. They were pricey. But a nice 20.00 off coupon and 2.50 pet perks card helped. So, 50.00 plus 10.00 top was great

They did a terrible job.2 nails were never cut,much less GRINDED that I paid 15.00 extra for.His tail was never touched,and they hacked up his hair terribly.I am not happy 1 bit.

Worst grooming place ever! The people working I. The salon are so rude and have absolutely no grooming skills! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The ppl in that salon have zero customer service skills as well as zero grooming skills! I will NEVER bring my baby there to get groomed again! They cut the top of her in several different places!

Had a grooming appointment scheduled. When I checked in, the first thing Michelle said was “we had three people call out. It’s been a crazy morning.” She then told me that the service I booked for my dog was not the type of grooming he would need and recommended that I reschedule because they don’t have time for any add-ons. Understandable under the circumstances. However, she didn’t care to explain what type of service was actually needed. She didn’t really want to keep the service as is, she simply wanted me to cancel the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with Petco.
