Jeff was very nice and patient. He really worked hard to figure out what was wrong with my heat. I'm extremely satisfied and WARM for his effort. 10/10 Jeff!!!

***Update***I did receive a phone call but I have already contacted someone else about the problem. Thank you for responding to my review and I did the inquiry online not sure if it was received or not.I sent an inquiry and was never contacted
