Purchased a few items and was asked if I want to pay $1 for a Sally’s bag because store was out of regular bags. Customers should not have to pay a $1 for a bag.

This is Sandy Smith not Steve my husband. They never have Keranique Conditioner every time I go. And sometimes little to none of the shampoo. What's up with that. Do you not know how to supply your stores. This is very frustrating. I like the employees. Not there fault, but whoever does the ordering for the stores. Get it together please!!!!! I want this product.

They need employees that actually know what they are talking about. I came in with perfectly healthy natural hair and got a regular 20 volume Developer and bleach that the employee suggested for my hair I made it specific that I did not want to damage my hair as little as possible so she suggested a color remover and then the bleach and now my hair is fried it feels like hey and I now have areas of my scalp that are hard and my hair is coming out with scabs attached to the very ends and a PSA I’ve been dying my hair since I was 12 and this has only been the second time I’ve put any color over my natural hair since I have shaved my head. And the color before did not have any bleach and I’ve already done my research the product was safe to use with a specific bleach so now my hair is ruined and is falling out with clumps of scabs attached

Sally beauty in Lexington SC is a great and pleasant experience. BUT THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONE when customers call for inquiries .

I purchase all of my hair care products at Sally but not anymore. I bought developer that was defective and wanted to exchange it for another bottle. I visited the store yesterday with my receipt. On the receipt it says "Love it or Return it." The heavy set cashier said they weren't accepting any opened products until next year. What? That didn't sound right. I checked their website when I got home and didn't see anything about not accepting returns or exchanges for hair color or developer. I called the Sally 800 number and the customer service person said they should have accepted the return. Sally has lost my business. Get some new management in the store and learn the return policy. It's not rocket science.

I always purchase my hair products at Sally Beauty until now. I purchased a large bottle of developer and something was wrong with it. I went today to exchange it for another bottle. On the receipt it says "Live it or Return it." The heavy set female cashier said they were not accepting opened products until next year. Ok. That didn't sound right with me. When I went home I looked up Sally Beauty's website and it didn't say anything to corroborate the cashier's statement. I then called Sally's 800 customer service number and lo and behold I was right, they should have accepted my return. The customer service person was very nice and said she would call me back once she contacted the store. O/5. Can I tell the person at the store where to put the bottle of developer? They have lost my business with this nonsense.

Send my granddaughter in the store to pick up some items for me. And told her to make sure they use my bday coupon. Which they didn't. I called to the store twice No one answer the phone. If the coupon in the pos why not asked the customer if they would like to apply it toward purchase.. Will not send her back into this store again.

The manager is extremely unprofessional. Back in December (yes I'm going to bring this up) there were a few customers in the lobby (some ready to checkout) and in the back (I was up front) I could hear the Manager go off on an employee. There are so many stories I could go on and on. I went in recently and the store was completely unorganized. 0/10. If you want better service, go to the Red Bank Location.

Was treated extremely rudely by one of the associates. Simply made the comment about exchanging a product (thinking there was a problem) and she snapped off and said, "mam you can just wait a minute", I informed her that she was in a customer service business and didn't need to be rude and act like a b***** She then proceeded to argue with me and told me, "**** you". I would advise anyone in the Lexington, SC area that uses this business express any concerns that have had recently, or in the past. They also closed their store during business hours a couple of months ago to do inventory. Several people were highly agitated!! They don't open until 10 and close at 6. Why can't you do inventory outside of business hours. I would not recommend this store. The associates at the West Columbia facility are respectful!!
