  Do not buy propane from this store. I bought four cylinders and one of them the valve was bad so the tank was still full. I tried to exchange the three and ask for a replacement for the fourth.
  The manager said no and that I would have to pay for exchange for a full cylinder.
  Her rationale is that I don’t have a receipt for a cylinder (rapid exchange, their. Brand).
  I will never use this store again and neither will my family. I plan to avoid all Shell stores.

  Woman today is on a high horse. I will be calling corporate!!!
  Tried to say my ID was fake because the numbers at the bottom were all the same?? She had like ten ID’s saying they were all fake and tried to take mine. Honey I am 26 years old! Then said “if you apologize” I’ll sell you the beer. Nope. Stay very far away from this gas station. Best believe I’m calling cooperate tomorrow
