STAY FAR AWAY! As a small business owner, I’ve never encountered a worse shipping company. The experience was so terrible that I can’t express it adequately in a written review.(I used their Kingsport, TN office) Regardless of the chosen shipping service, the company informed a customer that they would leave their very heavy appliance half a mile away from their home on the highway for them to pick up. Additionally, they failed to provide the appointment window they promised, stating that delivery could happen anytime/any day. When we contacted the company about these issues, they dismissed them, claiming it wasn’t their problem, and insisted their drivers don’t go on side roads, small roads, accesses, or driveways. They also mentioned having no knowledge of the daily deliveries or driver schedules. The representative’s rudeness was astonishing. The customer’s order had to be returned and re-ordered with a reputable shipping company.The company makes promises to secure your business, but once they have it, those promises are no longer valid. Not a good way to conduct business.

Great company to work with. Exceptional delivery times, friendly drivers, and excellent communication. Had a question about a billing discrepancy which was no fault of Southeastern's, spoke with Joyce Blanton on a Monday afternoon about it, it was a weird one so she asked me to give her a couple of days to get it figured out. Less than 24 hours later she had the whole situation resolved for us with an ETA to receive the credit. Phenomenal customer service!

Worked for this great company in the 1990’s when a Dallas location was the connection to the Southwest. Now in 2020 - as I travel - I see terminals and trucks practically nationwide! Wonderful, friendly folks at Columbia Home Office. Had the honor of meeting them when I made the “President’s Club” first member in Southwest Region and received my award on-site there at Columbia. Bling Blinky of Texas Shout Out: Quality Without Question - I still try to meet the standard in all I do.
