I went in to trade in a device to upgrade, and Sam was very helpful and polite! She made the whole process very easy, relaxed, fast & smooth!! Would definitely recommend anyone going to this store be to assisted by her!

My experience was top-notch quality my representative Ebony. I think her name was was a true pleasure and delight to have an interaction with great conversation lab label topics, great smile personality top 10 customer service I’ve ever gotten truly wonderful.

Made a payment in this store yesterday and forgot my receipt. They cut my phone off and had to pay again with fees. I'm going back to get a video of me even being in this store and I'm going to court.

Victor is quite fine T Mobile Teacher. He answers your questions with your phone in a easy, simple way. He deserves a promotion because of his fine customer service skils.

Went in yesterday because my son's flip phone screen went half out. I told the young male clerk w/blonde hair what was going on & all he did is write down a phone number & tell me to call the warranty people. I called them, they said it was mechanical failure & to call Tmobile. I called them, they said they would send a new phone to the store b/c it's still under warranty. Went to the store to pick up the phone today, some other short old guy looks at the phone, sees a very tiny tiny indent on the side of the phone & says, oh no this is physical damage & we can't swap it out under the warranty. I explained to him what the 1st employee told me yesterday then the old employee becomes very short with me saying they would have to charge me the same price for a new phone and then some lady employee comes out from behind the room backing him up. Mind you, the employee that helped me in the store yesterday is standing there the whole time & doesn't chime in at all with our conversation yesterday. So, I had to call the insurance people back & file a new claim so they could send us a new phone to our house. This whole scenario is horrible business practice. You have us going back & forth trying to get a phone replacement & no one at that store apparently knows how to do their job effectively. How about treat the customer with respect since we're the ones signing your paycheck every month by paying our bills.

J is AMAZING!! So knowledgeable. He was so welcoming from the time my friend and I walked thru the door. His personality was by far the best in all of the experiences I've had at any t-mobile store. I was previously a sprint customer and was nervous about switching completely to t-mobile but reassured me everything was good and told me exactly what to do. I will forever go see him if I ever encounter any issues.

Bought 2 phones paid over 500$ they said insurance was only 15$ .my husband is a pipe fitter Fab and welded I paid for it on both phones! My husband unfortunately has his stolen.i call to get replaced and we have no insurance. I walked out thinking we have insurance, even paid for it . Bad business.will never buy or use t- mobile again and I told all friends, family,co- workers, even people at the gas station. It's hard enough times right now,to be taking advantage of less fortunate people just trying to make it. God bless.

Was not really impressed. Everything we tried to do was told would have to call someone on phone and do our selves. Two stores and same story. You have to call. Looking for another carrier that can help in store.

Staff at this store didn't want to activate my parents' eSIMs because they were not present at the store, even though they admitted they could do so. This forced me to call T-Mobile's corporate customer service line, which is full of people who don't speak English as their first language. Customer service needs to be fixed at this store and at T-Mobile corporate. I had a better experience as a Verizon Wireless customer.

I came in to the this store a few days ago and purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Sam helped me the other day, she greeted me, was kind and attentive and I ordered my phone. Upon arrival the phone was soaked all the way down the the iPhone box. I came into the store to resolve the issue and the employees that were not with customers at the moment (the manager J Cole and Abel) did not say a word to me and other customers as we walked in. I understand the service industry and I know it can get busy. I do know a simple acknowledgment or a “hello we will be right with you,” works wonders in customer service. Sam came over and apologized and directed me to a resolution for my issue. Needless to say I no longer want to purchase my phone through T-mobile and will be returning it after this experience.

They were great 2 males and 2 females working. All were wonderful with who they were interacting with. I was just there sitting and watching while who I was with was being helped.
