I had a great experience with this storage company. Even with convenience being the only motivation at the time of our storage needs, my decision was secured by the SROA staff's outstanding communication. I definitely have a preferred company & location as a result.(You're the best, Robin!!)

Was a good place to store our RV. We chose the location because of the security measures that are in place. Besides being easy in and out the location was near the interstate. The only drawback was the annual price increases. $105 per month for an outside uncovered storage site was just too much.

Robin did a great job making sure I had the correct sized unit to accommodate my belongings. She was very friendly and knowledgeable with the different types of units available. I will definitely do business with this location again.

My experience in renting my two units went very smooth due to Robin. Thank You Robin for Your kindness and expertise! Everything was already set up with my two units upon arriving. Storage rentals of America gets a big 10 in my book, 10 out of 10. What a lovely experience!

UPDATE: The Property Manager actually said they had no clue there was an explosion behind the building and they had no clue, despite what the review says.If I could give 0 stars, I would. I try to avoid negative reviews, but this has been such an unpleasant experience.First, we moved our RV in, the person next to us had their slide out and we had to limit the size of our spot.The next month, the gate wouldn't open and we had to miss a camping trip worth over $200. I called the District Manager, the associate district manager, and corporate office, and no response was given from anyone. I got a call from the office manager offering me 1/2 off one month rent ($37.50) at the time, and I told them I was not satisfied with this and I wanted to speak to the district manager.Traffic is constantly blocked in the exit so we always had trouble getting out.There was an explosion at the next door gun center, and our RV was within 50 feet. We were not given a call to come check on our RV and we had to find out about it on the news.They raised the price despite all this. When I told them I was interested in moving out, I was told I would get a prorated refund based on when I moved out. When I did try to move out, I was told the person who told me this was incorrect and they no longer worked there.The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because it was 10 minutes from the house.Find other storage if you can.
