Applied for a loan in Atrium way, Mount Laurel, New Jersey. We got pre-approval as fortunately we had good credit score from credit score monopolies. For strange reasons loan was transferred to Corey Mill road, Lexington, South Carolina and things started going downhill.1 All the representatives have their voice mail box full so you cannot record your message. Also they will always call from private number so if you miss the call then there is no way to call back.2 In all the representative emails, there is signature with "If at any time you are not receiving legendary service, please feel free to contact my manager". Reality is that even if you call manager or manager's manager there is no response.3 The loan processor was changed in a few days. But the business process problem is that they did not inform the same to the loan applier, we kept emailing processor 1 instead of processor 2 resulting in another 10 days delay.4 My suggestion to TD Bank is that if you do not have adequate capacity, then you can inform the people applying for loan the same, there are other banks who can provide the loan.5 There are a huge number of mistakes on the TD Bank portal. It showed that I am part time employed instead of full time. Also it shows the same employer for myself and my spouse which is also incorrect. In spite of several months of complaints the information was not updated, and then we get call from the private number that we can sign off the application regardless and they can correct it later on which is absolutely the wrong business practice.I am regretting why I did not go ahead with PNC Bank. Now planning to submit a complaint with Consumer Financial protection bureau (under section applying for a mortgage)

This the worst bank ever. Applied for a mortgage and can never get a hold of my representative. When I call the supervisor she too never calls back. I call the supervisors supervisor and he never calls back! Does anyone know who actually owns ( CEO/CFO ) or runs this department so my voice will actually be heard?

Wow the tellers are on point. I wasn't even trough the door and I was being treated with a friendly hello. They took care of my transaction swiftly and the store manager came out just to introduce herself too.

This has to be one of the WORST banks on the planet, I've tried to cancel a credit cars since February 2016 You see today's date I've been on hold for 35 minutes back and forth one supervisor after another, NO ONE HAS THE AUTHORITY to do anything, VERY dishearting, I've been on hold waiting for my 10TH Supervisor. I'm contacting the Attorney General about there banking or Lack of I've been treated better by the guys who pick up my trash than anyone excluding maybe one or two tellers
