“Great shop! I had a major issue with my truck and had to leave it in Lexington for service right before I was traveling. Since I was going to be gone for over a week, the owner offered to let me leave my truck there before I had even agreed to have them do the work. That level of trust and customer service really stood out.
The pricing was very fair, and to top it off, the owner and his wife came in on their day off so I could pick up my truck when I returned. Even beyond that, he offered to honor the warranty through a local shop in my hometown if anything needed attention after I got back. It's rare to find a business that goes this far for its customers. I highly recommend them!”
“Doc and his crew were my Christmas miracle. I was traveling on a long road trip and about 1/2 way through my car ran out of oil due to an oil pump leak. I was so lucky to find Doc's garage. They spent the day finding parts and even making a custom gasket in order to get me back on the road in time to make my Christmas travel plans. What could have easily ruined my Christmas turned into a highlight of my trip when they fixed my car, and even added on a needed timing belt, saving me hundreds in the long run. I felt like my car was being fixed in Santa's workshop. They charged a very reasonable, almost generous price. I couldn't have asked for better luck. Thank you so much to everyone at Doc's Auto repair. Lexington, NC is lucky to have such a great shop! They even got me lunch since I was stranded in their shop for over 6 hours!!
