Rented a uhaul we were told we had to go straight to the gas station because the truck didn’t have any gas it was on E. We returned the truck with the same amount of gas and was charged... for gas $52 worth. Tried to call and was very rude.

After calling a different U-Haul rental where the guy kept saying, "I don't know" and offering no assistance, Kelly at this location was super helpful. I hope I never move again but if I do and need to rent a large truck, this is the place I'll go to.
