Yesterday I came into the store looking for help and I saw all the employees gathered around one area. They look at me not once do they ask can I help you. I am very very disappointed with Ulta in Lexington. I will differently never step foot in there again.

I came in for a haircut and worked with Sarah told her I didn’t want a lot cut off and I had a weird strand on the left of my face I wanted something done with for my curtain bangs and I really wanted layers. She did absolutely amazing she was so fun to talk to and recommended me a dry texture spray that she had used that day I didn’t buy bc I wanted to see how it held up and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be going back to buy it soon and will definitely be coming back for future haircuts coloring, and whatever else

The products everyone needs. Why are they so expensive they are going to always have people in and out of the store 7 days a week and 8 hours a day. It depends on what I need , then I might go back to this store.

Poor customer service, and the cashier kept pressing me about signing up to receive points after I told her no thank you literally 5 times it is really unorganized when it's time to check out...I don't think I will ever come back to this store again I think I will stick with sephora

The skin care service area is not operational there are not of stylists that are capable of doing multiple services stylists should be crossed trained to be able to accommodate customers. For exp. You have 10 stylists only 1 can perform brow tint or eyelashes. The stylist Marissa did a phenomenal job in working me in to her over crowded and over booked station she Did a great job and was the only stylist which was happy to help me where others seemed incompetent and were dismissive. I had a great experience with Clinique rep I think her name was Jennifer not sure however she did a great job she provided me with a great make up consult, find products,explained application and skin care I purchased Fenty makeup they do not have any Fenty Skin Care products! I got the Clinique skin care products. Those 2 ladies and my interactions with other customers made my time there enjoyable!

I’m new to SC and don’t have a stylist. I’m experiencing bio hair fail and wear helper hair. My bio hair has to match the helper hair so I tried to color it myself,,, it did not go well. I shop at ulta and walked back to the salon to ask if they could help me. I made an appointment with a stylist. She made my appointment so comfortable, she was extremely accommodating knowing I was a bit uncomfortable without my helper hair . In the end she made my bio hair an exact match to my helper hair. I’m so extremely grateful to this professional and kind stylist. Fantastic service…. Ty much..

I had Skye as my cash register and let me just say, she gave me the best service I have ever received. She helped me and gave me tips on the two blushes I was deciding between. She gave me advice and was extremely sweet and helpful. She was patient when I had questions and she gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted. She is definitely employee of the year material!

I've been to a lot of Ultas, both East and West coast as I exclusivly shop there for makeup.This location was the grossest one I've ever been to. I was there 11:30 on a Sunday, it was slow and not long after opening. Every tester I looked at was so dirty I didn't even want to swatch or touch it as smears were even on the packaging. That was just for what few had actual testers, and many shades were disorganized and in the wrong spots. It seemed like inventory was low, but that could be due to the holiday season, but strange since we are a week past new years. Staff was friendly. However I purchased a Anastasia brow gel, and once home I opened it to discover it's so crusty and dried out that you cant get product out of the tube, I'm not sure if it's expired or a random bad batch. Will be returning and looking into other locations.
