He was open and honest upfront about the salvage title on the van and the repairs that he had done. He let us take it to a local shop to have a prepurchase inspection and held onto the van for us for a couple of days while we were out of town. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. We got our license plate in the mail today and it has not been for 48 hours since we purchased the van.
