“AK was great to work with! He made everything as easy as it could be to purchase the used minivan we bought. He was open and honest upfront about the salvage title on the van and the repairs that he had done. He let us take it to a local shop to have a prepurchase inspection and held onto the van for us for a couple of days while we were out of town. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. We got our license plate in the mail today and it has not been for 48 hours since we purchased the van. Not sure how he made that happen so quickly but he obviously did what he was supposed to! Couldn't recommend this place more!!”

“When our Chrysler Town and Country van broke down and we were told it was the engine, we decided we needed to get a new car instead of pouring thousands of dollars into our van. A close friend told me about her experience with Carvana, so I just had to check it out. We found another van that we loved and it was a great price. It was so easy to purchase it online. They run the credit report to see if you qualify and you can also finance straight through Carvana. The delivery say was amazing as well. We turned down our street and saw the Carvana truck with our new van! Our girls were so excited too! We got to test drive it and then signed the papers. I LOVE that it has a 7 day return policy. We lov our van so much that we are keeping it. Thanks Carvana for making this experience so easy and we didn't have to drive around to dealerships to get a great vehicle!”
