Kenya and the Manager rocked it today. It was Kenya’s 2nd day and she helped me get a package returned to sender for my wife and I. Kenya and the other lady were great. Good people and fast service. Way better than standing in that line at the UPS Store. Just saying. Kenya and the other nice lady please come get your oil changed over by the other post office. This is Guy and I came in today. Great job.

Very unkind and rude individual. I was at the front of a long line, but after being treated so rudely I left to find another post office. Will never come again. Hire workers who enjoy their job and are friendly please.

I tried to see if I can an application for a passport and I was told that I needed to apply on the monitor outside. When I started to look for the application on the monitor, it said "PLEASE GO TO THE DESK ASK FOR AN APPLICATION". Makes no sense why they tell me to go somewhere and the machine tells you to go somewhere else. ? NO HELP!!!

Was to deliver an Amazon package to our house. This package would be in a large box that should have been delivered to the front porch about 20ft away from our mailbox. Instead of leaving it on the porch like a sensible person the driver makes absolutely ZERO attempt to deliver the package instead leaving a note saying it was "too big" for the mailbox and leaving instantly. It's unbelievable that I order through Amazon who would have zero problems coming to the front porch and instead get a usps driver too lazy to even step out of their car a walk, but will leave a note with a less than accessible excuse

Still have not received my package because it says it is being held at the post office upon customer request which is very untrue. I tried fixing it and it said that I need a confirmation number that I never received for redelivery nor canceling the hold request that I didn’t make. I’ve never had this problem before and two out of three packages that I got from the same store both came even after one said it’s being held at the post office so I’m very disappointed and confused.

This post office has the worst customer service. I came in the other day to send off 3 packages, and was called to the counter. Jennifer, clerk all the way to the right, was the clerk that was "helping" me. As soon as I approached the counter she had the worst attitude and looked as though I was inconveniencing her. Within the last 2 weeks I have started mailing packages for sales on ebay (giving USPS over $300 in postage fees), so I am not super familiar with the different options and rates etc, but I am learning. Long story short she kept cutting me off and confusing me with her answer that was unnecessary when I tried to explain that I wanted the packages to go the cheapest way with tracking (ground advantage), and then when I saw her ring 2 of the packages for prioirty mail I asked why she did that, and told me it was because of some kind of stick that was on the box(my own brown box, not a priority box). I told her I wanted them to go ground advantage and that if she handed them back to me I would peel said sticker off the 2 boxes... STILLL BEING RUDE slowly pushes the boxes back... In the nicest way possible (I promise i was nice) I said "Im not sure why you have an attitude, I have made it very clear that I do not know what I am doing when mailing out packages and need help. This is why the post office is losing money every year" WELL then the clerk, Charles, that claims to be the supervisor (he is only a clerk lead) immediately starts to aggressively yell at me and tell me that "SHE DOES NOT HAVE AN ATTITUDE. THERE I SAID IT. ILL SAY IT AGAIN". Continued to tell me that the post office doesnt need my money and that I needed to leave,. Jennifer still had one of my boxes because it didn't have the forbidden sticker on it. I told charles that I would happily leave that I just needed the 1 box back because I hadnt paid for postage yet so i would need that one back. Jennifer then told me she would give me my box when she was done with the next customer to purposely make me wait,... and Charles that since I wasnt leaving he was going to call the cops on me and proceeded to do so. I explained to him that as soon as she was done with her customer and would hand me the package I would leave. She purposefully took her sweet time. by the time I got the package back, I headed out the door and the officer had pulled up a minute later. ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY and UNCALLED FOR and then held me there by refusing to give me my belongings and called the cops because I wasnt leaving ...... Ended up going to Red bank location, had no issues, and reported the incident to the post master there because she, Leah, is the post master for this location as well..... as this location doesnt have a post master on site. I will be using UPS for all of my future packages. Someone needs to do something about these two.

Angelique at the front counter is AWESOME. She went above and beyond to help me ship off a package with a signature confirmation label after I mistakenly sent it off without one originally. I felt bad for being difficult but she explained everything to me with a great attitude and helped me set everything straight. This place is fast and efficient and the clerks are great.

Several important pieces of mail still months later never been delivered! asked the mail carrier and he just brushed me off and didn't even look to see if some of my mail maybe had dropped in his car nothing. Another government agency who needs to get their crap together and actually hire people who do their jobs until then expect to lose important mail. They have lost my mail up to 23 times In the past 3 months or so now and they all act like well maybe it just vanished into thin air and they don't check for it!

Was in last month to get a birthday package delivered before close. Ms. Ketha was so helpful and kind; apparently she wasn’t even supposed to be in that day but came in to help, and did it with a kind attitude!
