5 stars to the gentleman in the passport office today (8/29/25). I walked in and asked what I needed to do to get my passport renewed. He showed me which form I needed to complete and answered my questions. When I was done with the form, he took my passport photo and helped me get everything packaged up, paid for, and mailed off. I was totally dreading the process, but it went so quickly and smoothly. I'm mainly writing this review to recognize his great customer service.
The staff aren't exuberant when I go in to send packages but let's face it, it's not the most exciting job in the world. They've always been polite, respectful, and efficient. I have no complaints.
The delivery people occasionally deliver mail for several residences to a single mailbox. I guess they figure they are in a hurry and hopefully the neighbor who got all the mail will stick it in the right mailboxes.
If you get an email/text saying your package has been delivered, you can pretty much guarantee it won't actually be delivered until the next day and possibly to one of your neighbors houses.
My mail gets delivered correctly most of the time so service isn't terrible. These guys deliver thousands of packages and letters every week, you can't expect things to go perfectly 100% of the time.

I have never had late or missing mail ever from this post office. The post office is always clean and neat very easy to find everything.
My favorite clerk is Adam as he is extremely helpful professional and polite.

This Red Bank post office suck .!!!!! The carrier continues to misplace my mail everyday I have to go to the post office and pick up my mail it’s crazy and the Post Master doesn’t even care.

I had to mail a package in the middle of the lunch hour - in and out in less than 5 minutes. Actually, that's been true the last four or five times I've been there.

I've spent roughly 6 hours over the course of 4 days trying to get someone to answer the phone and could never get an answer...my package is a month late and has finally arrived in lexington where it now just sits. Package delivery is never on time.

Came in for a walk-in passport application. The staff were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for it as soon as I came in. Since I walked in I was fit in between appointments, but when I was helped, Tiffany had me taken care of quickly and was very friendly.

Came in today they went above and beyond for me today. Assisted me with filling out my application, if I even looked confused they offered help. Everyone I spoke to were pleasant and got me in and out within 30 minutes

These carriers are thieves. I had a package marked as delivered and never received it and the rude worker at the post office had the nerve to gave a attitude with me as if I didn't have a right to be upset. They still haven't resolved my issue nor have I received my package. They are a bunch of lying thieves and no good customer service to the people. Something needs to be done about them. I will also report to the better business bureau as well. Wish I could give no stars.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD!
I have to come up to the Red bank (Lexington, SC) USPS Location every morning @ 9:00AM (When they open) due to several packages being “Lost” & Returned to sender due to “Incomplete Address or Insufficient address” - which is horse crap. I deal with pretty much the same few vendors (sellers) who send me packages. I understand that a package here and there will be lost, but the amount of packages that have been lost is astounding. SO therefor I said you know what I’ll just come up to the post office myself and pick my packages up.
Well, there’s an older gentlemen there, who is always is a dry sour mood, absolutely and I mean ABSOLUTELY zero Customer service or care about the customers needs, Each day (if I have to deal with him) he immediately states “you go ahead and sit down it’ll be AT LEAST 30 to 45 minutes to gather yo your packages”
- so I patiently wait and sit down. He doesn’t allow me to speak, he immediately with a sour attitude says go ahead and have a seat sir (I guess I’m creating *More work for him by coming into the location)
What if I needed to ask a question about another package from days prior, or another question about something related to mail, he doesn’t give me that option, he just closes the door in my face not caring whatsoever about me the customer or my needs.
Well, this morning I guess he was in another poor mood, didn’t say Goodmorning, not “how can I help you sir” nothing….. he with an attitude says “we cannot allow you to come to the post office and pick up your mail”
I asked why?
He couldn’t really tell me a reason as to why…. He said “it’s up to your specific mail carrier” - so I asked, I’ve been coming up here every single morning for almost 2 months now only because I’ve lost numerous packages with y’all, and no one could give me any answers. Not even able to tell me where my package is at, nor why the package got returned to sender or what was “insufficient” about my same address…..
So I asked him why has he not said anything until now, he had no answer.
I stated to him, everyone here at this USPS LOCATION is always welcoming, friendly, consistent and considerate of the customers needs, however you my friend are always in a bad mood. So I then asked him, okay if I am not “allowed” to come pick my packages up in person, then can you walk me through how I could get my packages “Held” or could you walk me through how to secure and pay for a PO Box? He completely ignored me and wouldn’t even hear my needs.
Do not put up with this crap! There is a reason as to why this location has less than a TWO STAR RATING!!!!! I believe he was managing the team, so he was high up, and if that is the leader there, then no wonder!
Do better USPS! Hire people who ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB! Pitiful! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT

Absolutely a disgrace of a post office! Had to ship a package out using their packaging and was told after waiting in line for 30 min that I couldn’t ship it because it didn’t have a “P” on it and it was in their box. Mind you, this package ships on USPS Ground Advantage. This place is a disgrace. Rude workers, slow, and have no respect for others. This worker did not tell me how I could properly ship it out and instead ignored what I said and just said “yes ma’am” never go here!
