“I’ve been going to this store since its opened and always have great service. I went in Saturday and bought a vape and I tested in the store before leaving as I always do and it seemed fine. By the time I got to my car it turned completely off and wouldn’t do anything even when hooked to the charger. I went back in and explained it and he was able to exchange it for me without a problem.
