If I could give a zero I would. Came in for replacement phones on a new account. Store rep took defective phones and put them on 2 new lines. We didn't request 2 lines. My account has not been right since then. I am still waiting on customer service to correct my account 5 months later.

checked in here this morning but ended up leaving. my sister went to move a chair so that my handicapped grandmother could sit, without having to walk to the chair as she was struggling. an employee stopped her and rudely said “you can sit in it or not but you aren’t gonna move it” we left bc we felt it was unnecessary to be snappy over a chair.

Update - Sold me a phone, traded phone assuring 5g where I reside in Mississippi but no 5g, no phone and no customer support to resolve the issue unless I turn in the phone and out my other phone.

Awful customer service. Waited in the store for over 20 mins until someone checked us in. Waiting another 30 and still didn’t get helped and they weren’t even busy. Tried curbiside pickup and waited an hour. Then when being helped no one had any answers. Do better.

Stopped in at this Verizon location. The customer service skills of Quiton and the manager Peter was less than stellar. My purpose was to have my sons phone looked at or upgrade to a new phone. I pay a lot to Verizon monthly and it may be time to change after more than 25 years as a customer.
