“My cat was rescued a couple of weeks ago. He had some issues going on since the adoption. The receptionist was amazing, helping us reschedule without feeling bad. The tech was so sweet and helpful and the vet helped my cat, Pete so much! He is coming home after getting his claws clipped, some medicine, shots he needed, and encouragement that he would be better. Also, leaving they made me feel like he mattered. If anything were to happen to just call back and they would help. This place is the best I have been to throughout years of owning dogs and cats. Here are your 💐 🌹 🌸 🏵 🌼 flowers to the whole team. You all are so sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and you can feel the love they have for the animals they help!”

“Had put my 15+ year old Lab down today. I was very sudden but knew it was coming. I called and was told to come in around 4:30. I explained that I felt like he was suffering and was told to bring him on. The parking lot was full but we didn't wait long. Doctor was extremely busy but took her time with us. My husband and I truly appreciated the compassion that was given to use on a terribly busy Monday.”

“I have always taken all of my animals to whiten out vet since I moved here I cannot say enough about White Knoll veterinary hospital.. All the veterinarians are excellent at what they do My personal favorite of course is Dr Todd she is just awesome!!! I trust her!! I don't trust many people with my animals in fact I only trust close family. She's not only super intelligent she's thorough, knows what she's doing and really does care about your pet and you. I wanted to give a shout out to the nurse that was there yesterday not sure about her name but she had beautiful red hair and I just want to say thank you to everybody there!!”

“The staff was very friendly and understanding about budgets and concerns. They didnt try to do anything extra just to waste money or time they listened to everything i was saying and asking and they genuinely cared about me as a customer and my cat as a patient. I will 100% be using them as my vet from now on. I didnt feel anxious and they validated my (probably paranoia induced) concerns about my cat and told me what I could expect so im less anxious. I really appreciated that. I did wait a good 20-30 mins to go in the room after my appt time but knowing its because they take their time with each animal and make sure the owner is in the loop then thats a good reason to wait.”
