This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I stopped coming here 4 years ago because of the ridiculous wait and understaffing. Today I made an appointment online for 2:30pm. I had to be here at 2:15pm. One person was in line ahead of me when I got here. It took 15 minutes to deal with that one woman. 45 minutes later I get my 2:30pm appointment. You should have more staff during the fall with all of the vaccines. Also, why make appointments you can't keep? I moved to mail order prescriptions so I don't have to deal with this place.

I set up an appointment online for my first vaccine. Took me about a half an hour in and out and that was with paperwork. As I was leaving I set up my 15-year-old son's appointment for the next week, I had him in and out in less than 20 minutes. We have our second dose appointment next week. I feel confident that it will go smoothly but I will edit this review if that changes. Everybody was super friendly and helpful especially the pharmacist and Summer.

Horrible customer service. I call to speak with a pharmacist and I still on hold for 31 minutes the phone picks up and hangs up. I call back ,when I speak to the tech I tell them what happened and I didn't want to be put back on hold behind everyone else. She said ok and proceeds to do that very thing. I call back and speak to the same tech she puts me on a brief hold and comes back and says I can leave a message and they will call me back. I said that fine as long as it's in a timely manner. Well guess what no call back and now they are closed for the day. Customer service is just about dead in this country.

This place is awful. They keep telling me I have no refills when my doctor just called it in. Wait is insane. Lately there have been a few meds were I was given an out of stock medicine. Last straw for me, 2.5 weeks and 6 phone calls about a very important medicine. I took it to Publix and 20 minutes later it was filled.

incredibly rude cashier! i asked if i could split my payment between cash and card ( i know this can be annoying) but i was very polite and she immediately snapped at me saying no and that she can't do that in a very rude tone

Unprofessional. I will be finding a different pharmacy. I called in my prescription over the automated service system this morning, which said my prescription would be ready by 10 AM. I go to pick up my prescription that afternoon just to be told it would be a 20 minute wait because they needed to fill it.. I waited 25 minutes, went to buy my medicine, which I was then told by a different pharmacist that it would be an additional 30 minute wait.. It’s truly a headache every month with this pharmacy!

Waited for four hours to get some antibiotics for my child. After not receiving promised calls and three trips to Walgreens we moved the prescription to Publix in the same shopping area. They filled it within fifteen minutes. Will go leave a five star for Publix now. Do yourself a favor and use Publix.

The part handled by computer is great, they send reminders for refills, I order online and they send me a message when they are ready. Great. But when I made an appt for a flu shot, I was at the back of the line, people without appts were put before me. Not a big deal, it was only one. But why make an appt? The clerk just stared at me when I asked how long it would be. The pharmacist kept quiet, but after I said to forget it he quickly handled the ladies in front of me, as if to show me he was going to do it. If I had sat down, I would probably be sitting there still. And the email had me complete paperwork. The clerk said they had to redo it. Why? This company does not respect my time. So I'll find someone who does.

The Walgreens pharmacy staff have done an excellent job for my family's prescriptions. Once my doctor wrote a prescription wrong and Walgreens staff caught the mistake, let me know and contacted the doctor to get the prescription right! Their system sends a text message when the prescriptions are ready. I can also get additional information from tapping on the text, the prescription, the amount, etc.!

Very, very, very bad! Every month you call to see if your prescriptions are ready they tell you yes and a total. After you drive up there they proceed to tell you "We have nothing for you" The girl at the window tonight thought it was funny because she laughed!! I don't know her name, she looked like a student, had on a blue uniform, young black girl with glasses. She actually thought it was funny when I said this happens every single month for the past 4 months!! I will be pulling my uncle's prescriptions from Walgreens!!!!!!
