sunday night. i went in to walgreens to pick up a photo order, i placed on friday night, and print couple more in store. i asked help in the photo department and the lady who was working it told us to tell her cashier to start my order because she was going on break. i went to thefront counter and told her (whitney) i was there to pick up my order from friday and if they could start my photo order. and she looks at me with a stank expression saying we would have to wait until the girl comes back from her 30 min break. i was like oh no, she told us to tell you that and rolls her eyes to start my order. there was a guy messing with the equipment and yells out loud why did you start that order? and she said i had to they are waiting on it. they had nasty attitudes and treated my partner like we're such inconvenience for them. mind you, they were not busy at all.

If this could let me to a no star review I would. The night time shift are jokes. I have someone in my family of need for their medication and they refuse to help or get the prescription filled. Everyone needs to be retrained or straight up fired. The acceptance of this work ethic is pathetic and should be embarrassing for Walgreens

This is a great Walgreens. You are greeted immediately when you walk in. Clean store, and very friendly service. The pharmacy personnel were extremely helpful with getting my medication switched over to this location. Enjoyed browsing all the isles, even found my Friends couch ornament! Definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Walgreens aren't only crooks and steal a single father of twos little bit of money I have but I'm out of food stamps for the month and they have away the only cash I had extra almost a month ago and will not reimburse the money they let some vendor charge me not once but twice I strongly recommend green dot not Walgreens stupid scarlet card and customer service won't do a thing to help me

I agree with other reviews that the pharmacy is terrible here. They are just so unorganized. I did my first two COVID vaccines here and the first experience was terrible (long wait time and not due to a lot of people waiting) and the second vaccine was a little better... but I went back for my booster and the experience was horrible! I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and there was just one gentleman waiting for the vaccine and the upfront counter person was asking him questions that he already answered on his questionnaire. When I brought up my questionnaire to her, she said she would have someone else help me because "apparently she didn't know what she was doing with entering that information" (her words, not mine!). But the pharmacy tech that was supposed to be helping me apparently misplaced something because she spent the next 10 minutes looking for whatever it was instead of assisting me. I could tell why it would be easy to misplace things back there because it was completely unorganized! Finally, another pharmacy tech came up and told me I needed to get added to the system and to go to the other line (about 4 people deep) to get that done. I was ahead of all those people who had come in as I waited for help, and after already waiting for 25 minutes (appointment was 15 minutes past due already), I said I would go somewhere else to get this done and I left... and they couldn't have cared less! Terrible customer service and it's a shame because I've never had issues with the rest of the store but the pharmacy is a wreck!

It has taken 6 hours to fill prescription. Cough syrup. My daughter has been in line at Walgreens once 45 minutes for it not to be ready in 4 hours, then again now almost 3 hours. Now a 7 hours to get my dogs cough syrup. I swear, we need to go back to small businesses and get thes franchises and corporations out of our country. This is clearly some kind of crappy service. They are to rich to be concerned with peoples needs.

Great location. Very convenient. The staff is always polite and I'm greeted every time I enter the store. By far my favorite Walgreens location.

I went to this location to get my prescription. I dropped it off and went to wait in the parking lot because they told me they would text me when it was ready. I waited in the parking lot for over an hour for me to go back in wondering if it was ready or not because I had been waiting forever it had seemed like for them to tell me that they don't take Total Care!! I waited all that time and caught hell with that for them to tell me that they didn't take it. Plus I was holding 20 dollars in my hand, but had more in my pocket and they were whispering to each other she only has 20 dollars as if I couldn't have had more money in my purse or pocket! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. SMH AT THEM!!

I was very pleased with my first visit here. The parking lot was easy to enter and exit. The store was clean and well maintained. The pharmacy staff was inviting and helpful and the stocking staff was very helpful in finding what I needed.

Horrible service seems to.be the only consistent thing about this place. Missed insurance, the wait is always extremely long even if you call in prior. Rude pharmacists and techs. Do not even think about it.

If you call in a refill to their automated system they will NOT call you if it won't be ready for some reason. Avoid this pharmacy!

Horrible customer service! Either they need more staff or just competent staff. Had a message come through that my prescription had insurance issue which is ridiculous since we are Active Duty and insurance never changes. Come to find out, it was their system response to an override they have to do in order to prescribe the same medication twice in different doses. This is not Ok as this makes the patient frantic that something is wrong causing unnecessary phone calls which they don't seem to care for. Be more efficient and we will not call. So I called and was on hold for over 9 minutes while the phone continued to ring and the same person continued to put me on hold. Called back again to speak to a manager and she completely denied that anyone had put me on hold and tried to say their phone had not been ringing so I must have called another area. That's a lie because the girl the picked up twice asked for my DOB and name to look it up. This is not my first experience with them but this is the one the broke the camel's back to write this review. Walgreens is not worth the trouble especially for military who can go many other places! Veterans beware.
