When it comes to Walmart I start with my expectations low, but today was miserable. We called in a pickup order for ONE item, checked in online, and waited. We called the number and waited. We called the number again and waited. We finally, with our kids screaming in the car after 20 minutes, went in and bought the damn thing we already paid for and left. Thanks walmart for ignoring the phone, wasting 20 minutes of our lives, and making us pay twice for the same thing.

For it's always a great experience because normally I find what I want and if I don't find it I go to the Walmart app to either look to see what isle it's in or order it from the app.

It's ridiculous to expect elderly people to use self scan if they need to have their items checked out at a regular check stand. Walmart needs to hire enough people to work the store. Expired items are on the shelves. I will not ever shop at Walmart again and they lost about a $300 order from me today as I refused to go through self check-out with a full cart of goods. If Walmart reads this, the fruit tray was one I found on the shelves tucked back behind stuff. Some lazy person didn't bother to put it back after they decided not to buy it. Your staff member was rude to me after I was upset that no one was working a regular check out line. I'm done with Walmart as the rest of my adult family is.

It was not what I expected, unfamiliar employees with what we wanted. My Mom is Legally Blind, I'm not, there's never an Electric Cart. I had a 2nd Hip Replacement while my Mom's only help.

What can I say your typical Wal-mart store. It's a busy store. By the middle of the month they are out of some grocery items. They are stocked regularly. The bathrooms are clean.

Left my bag called store over 10 times no one answering get there and their is 6 people behind customer service doing nothing. Walked to self service where I left bag and they already had items about to be put back up instead of still in bag at customer service. I told the lady working at registers that I called and she said yeah they never answer just have to come up here. Horrible work ethics and no one professional but they keep wanting more and more money and even get retirement but the laziest workers ever!

Listen, this is a Walmart Super Center in a very populated area. I have yet to go to this store in Red Bank and it not be packed with shoppers. It is easy to find parking and to enter and exit. The associates and managers seem friendly and helpful. The store is usually well stocked and relatively clean given the number of shoppers that come through each day.

It is a super nice Walmart. It is organized and everything looks very well-stocked. It's also very clean. The employee who helped us with an accident was very nice and understanding and even brought us back a new gallon of milk without us even asking.

The Walmart on South lake Drive in Lexington has to be one of the WORST Walmarts ever. They have a bunch of bad employees but also a bunch of good employees. They hardly ever have what people need in stock and if you have something stolen from you... Don't expect them to do anything about it or to even try and help. And if you need something that is locked behind the glass, your best best is to shop for that item some place else because you can never find an employee that has a key to unlock it. When you ask the people that do the online shopping, they are rude and just walk away without giving an answer. They NEVER seem to know who is the manager on duty but they can show you a picture on a wall of who the store manager is. These people get paid to do a job but they are only collecting a paycheck and doing the very bare minimum to stay out of trouble.
