Extremely poor customer service Manager refused to shake my hand another banker essentially told my dad to "Screw off that he's on the phone" very rude and obnoxious people glad we didn't open an account, absolute joke and tarnished the Well Fargo name in my opinion

Why can't this branch give me change ?? The teller said if I don't have an account, they won't give me change. All I wanted was $10 for a couple of $20's. Very disappointing with a rude teller.

Took us 45 minutes to make a withdrawal because the staff was incompetent. There were 2 managers plying on their cell phones most of the time we were standing in line. When we finally got to the teller 45 minutes after walking through the door and waiting for 3 people in front of us, we were told “it would have been faster to go to the atm” the ATM doesn’t give $5. RUDE! Get your customer service together and find some employees who speak English!

I tried to call the branch on 200 Columbia Ave in Lexington, SC to ask some questions about opening an account, but no one answers the phone.I tried several times. It shouldn't be that hard to do business with them.I prefer not to go in after reading reviews where people had to wait two hours and then not be helped.

I wanted to get a teen checking / debit card for my 15 yr old. After 2 branches told me they were too short staffed to do it, the counter staff at this branch told me the same thing. So I asked to see the manager bc REALLY?!?! She had a personal banker (Jose) open the acct. 5 stars for the manager and banker being willing to resolve the issue.

I want to leave zero star if I could. We came to Wells Fargo twice trying to open an account but it just cannot be done. We were welcomed to wait in the lobby for a banker and waited for 2 hours and then were told they cannot do it because they need to close! If you cannot get things done then don’t let other people wait! If you tell people wait then you need to take the responsibility to service the people who have been waiting! This is the worst experience I have encountered in a bank. This kind of things never happened to me in the past in any other office/store/place. Even DMV has much better service than this place. Zero star.

I went to the drive thru to make a deposit and KATRINA told me that next time I had to go inside to make a deposit that big (which many times before I made deposit with the same amount and it was fine) Well, I understood I had to go inside at that right moment and started my car to go inside and KATRINA literally yelled at me telling me that she was working on my deposit and made such a bad face expression, when she finishes with my deposit she apologized to me and as I was telling her that before I made deposits that big and everything was fine, she told me that she had so many people waiting in line that, and that’s why she told me that! When I was trying to tell her that that it was ok, but she had no reason to be yelling at me like that, she turned off her mic and ignored me. Her name is KATRINA and for people like her is that your rating is only 3 stars. SHE IS SO RUDE !!! Bad customer service !!! If she can’t handle the drive thru put someone else that can !!!

I went here today for the first time to get a check for a mandatory IRA withdrawal. I had an appointment with a banker and was taken on time. I was informed by Jose that Wells Fargo send me a check to my old address that I never received. So, I would have to pay $31 to have them put a stop order on the old check and reissue it. What a rip off. It took them one hour for an address change and check reissue. I hope I never have to go there again. 1/5. Total fail.

Busy! And a small parking lot directly off of hwy1 and 378 that some people may want to avoid. But the staff provide wonderful customer service and I'll go back as long as I'm in the area. Friendly service with a smile from Jose today.

I’m giving a one star rating to this location because I was there to make a deposit and I spent more time watching the branch manager yell and fuss at a woman behind the teller line. The woman she was yelling at, I had the pleasure of coming to her window a few times and she has always been the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of handling my transactions. Whether it be in the drive thru or on the teller line. She really cars for her customers. However I have seen numerous times where the branch manager has treated this particular employee and other employees like she owns them. I hope someone sees this from corporate and handles this issue before it starts losing Wells Fargo loyal customers. As I am starting to find a different bank to handle my business’s money if this is how managers are going to treat their customers.

I made an appointment for 4:00p. Came in right on time. No one acknowledged me. Bankers walked past, made eye contact, and completely ignored me! A sweet teller came over to let me know someone would be with me shortly after she finished with her customer. The banker (I think her name was Jan) I was supposed to meet with at 4:00p was with another customer until about 4:20p. A different banker ended up helping me instead - still 20 minutes past my appointment time. She was great. Overall, though, poor customer service. Go to a smaller bank, you will get better service. Appointments are useless as walk-ins are allowed and seem to be cared for first regardless of scheduled appointments. I would recommend First Community Bank.
