This location is annoying to deal with. They over complicate every thing. The drive thru is the worst. The clerk I was dealing with had a big nose ring. I'm sorry but that's just unprofessional. Nothing against nose rings or tattoos but they don't belong in a professional business. Take it out and cover it up until you are away from work, than feel free to let your freak flag fly. Just don't do it here.

I scheduled an appointment for open a business account (Because i was tired of bad service in other big bank) so I got there on time and I was greeted by a lady that took care of me, she was waiting for my appointment, she was professional, kind and gave me all the info that I needed! Great first experience with the bank office!

Usually I don't have a bad experience. But the gentleman that was there were very rude. Making comments about where my $ came from. I thought this was a personal banking business.Then one bill had a rip in it. All he could of said is he couldn't take it. And he said "did you get hungry?"... that's disrespectful. Then making comments about my job, which I just wanted to get out of there by then. Just the whole situation was weird and uncomfortable.

This particular branch has the WORST customer service. The teller “Susan” is extremely unprofessional and argumentative with customers. She withheld a store deposit so that she could argue about something she was so loud and so wrong about after she was asked several times to give it back so I could leave. I told her I didn’t want to argue can she just give me the deposit back so I can leave, She told me no I needed to listen to her. I personally would NEVER!!!!! Bank with Wells Fargo based off of her behavior and I would NEVER recommend them to friends, family or even strangers but I will definitely tell them how i was treated.

I spent 30 minutess trying to reach a human to report fraud text when I finally spoke to someone he would let me finish my question before saying I didn't need to do anything. I do not have an account with Wells Fargo and am concerned someone opened an account in my name. If all thier employeeds are so rude I will never have an account with tem.

Terrible. Teller was extremely rude. I MAKE DEPOSITS EVERY WEEK NO ISSUES BUT THIS BRANCH WOULDNT TAKE THE MONEY LOL! Wouldn't help me deposit a check for my business. I was just trying to do my job. Thanks for nothing. BBT never gives me problems like this. Will make sure to move our money asap.

Due to having been ill, I sent my husband to the bank with a deposit slip, and $300.00, to be deposited. He was told that ‘due to money laundering', he could not make a deposit into my account for me. I later contacted the Branch Manager, who said it had nothing to do with ‘money laundering', but it was their policy. I will be looking for a bank that doesn't have such ridiculous ‘policies'.
