“I spoke with Rashaun on the phone and he was very professional. I went down there and got a set of Michelin tires for my truck and met Rashaun who maintained his professionalism and another guy named Charlie. I will be using Discount Tire again in the future, as a matter of fact I went back two days after I got my tires and had them balance some tires that I got from Firestone for my SUV. Firestone would have balanced them for free but their employees do not know how to properly balance a tire. Discount tire did an excellent job and the tires are totally different now and run true without any vibration. The highly recommended Discount Tire.”
