I had a problem with my eye and i was obliged to postpone my appointment but i was surprised by them telling me that they cant postpone it and will take my deposit. Obviously they prefer the 50usd over keeping their customers... although they have a very tight schedule and dont take appointment on saturdays ... Very unprofessional and very bad customer service.

Renee is an incredibly talented hair stylist— both in her skill and knowledge. Although I moved to SC two years ago, I've been traveling back north to see my stylist who has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. With the drive getting to be too much, I did a lot of searching for the right place. Needless to say, my expectations were high and having a 20+ year history with one stylist, I was nervous! Renee was amazing— she listened to what I was looking for, helped advise me with her expertise, and took the time to make sure it was right. I'm beyond thrilled with my cut and am grateful to have found her! I definitely have “my new placeâ€!

Susan Hutto is sensational at her career. I would highly recommend her for all of your hair care needs... Susan is a fantastic colorist, she stays up to date with lastest and trending hairstyles. Highly recommend her for children too!

I'm picky. It took me awhile to find the right salon and the BEST hair stylist when we moved here. Love Renee! She makes me laugh, she makes me feel good about myself and thankfully, does a great job of keeping me from looking like I can't say good-bye to the 80's! Thanks Renee Olzsewski!

My mother and I have been going to Cho since we moved here in 2012 and haven't gone to anybody else but Renee ever since! she's a great conversationalist, knows how to interpret your wants and needs into a PERFECT hair cut and color, and it's just beyond the nicest person. i definitely recommend going to Cho for all of your hair and beauty needs!
