“This location is convenient but the selection is limited to what is on-hand . I've not been able to get some specific items ordered but that may be because of vendor minimum purchase quantities ,which is understandable .I've only interacted with the owner who is very personable and outgoing.I would recommend for the most common items ,but if it's a special purchase you're gonna need to shop around.”
“When looking for a liquor store that’s not far from my house, I decided to try Liq & Liquor. I needed some whiskey for a dessert I’m making for thanksgiving. Not an expert on liquor by any means, I do like the occasional sip of moscato. I needed the brown stuff!! The young man working in the store was very friendly and helpful. He even looked the recipe up to see what kind of whiskey was used in the recipe. Jim Beam was the whiskey. I bought a medium sized bottle, enough to be used again when I make the same dessert or other recipes. Check out Liq & Liquor, it’s a nice addition to the area.”

“Fantastic prices. The store manager, John, really strives to make fair pricing even on the allocated items. He's making long time clients by this. His prices are always reasonable, and never much over MSRP. And throw in the sales occasionally and you can get great bottles for under MSRP!”

“The Taco Truck beside the Party Place is excellent. It's right off the Pickens Doodle Trail which makes it very convenient. I had soft beef tacos which seemed to be authentic Mexican food.”

“Good prices and super friendly people. I've been going into the store part of this place for years and I never walk out without everything I went in for. If they don't have something you're looking for just tell them and they will order it for you. Even better the store side now stays open till 10:00 pm Monday thru Saturday. But they still close at 8:00pm on Sunday but those workers deserve to have at least one early night of closing. That's my number one go to store also their gas prices are lower that the other gas stations around and near hwy 183.”
“I stopped here by chance one day around father's day last year. Decent prices and the guy running the register was friendly. He helped choose which bottle of crown was the best for the price. He seemed fairly knowledgeable. If i lived closer (and had extra "boose" money) I'd come here again for sure lol. It was a little hard to find for me.”

“We were quite impressed with all aspects of our first experience here last night. Most of the menu items were very unique, making it so hard to pick from so many tasty options. Even my picky 13 year old son branched out and was pleased with the Buffalo fried oysters and French onion soup. All of the food came out quick but fresh, despite a full restaurant. The bar and table service was perfect throughout our visit. Only gripe was the wait for our check at the end but I think I server had to roll out separate checks for a large party just before us, so that is understandable. If you like different flavors and to be impressed by a fine tuned menu I highly suggest you try this spot. We will be back to try one of the many different mussels bowls soon!”

“I normally just get the same thing, but if I ever wanted to switch it up this place has a huuuge selection to choose from, like an ABC Library you've never seen. Staff are all really cool and friendly. Not too far from the house either, very convenient.”
